You want it to be one way.
You want it to be one way
But it's the other way.
shiiiiiieeeeeet
I didn't like him when I watched the show but when I rewatched a bunch of clips on youtube I thought he was good. Expanding the scope of the show was a mistake.
>Expanding the scope of the show was a mistake.
explain pls
the best parts of the show were always cops vs drug dealers, the worst parts were showing the dysfunction in other areas like the news and school systems
I agree
I disagree, the storyline focusing on the docs was the greatest achievement of the show and TV in general
best parts of the show were the docks and mcnulty's alcoholism
best part of the show is seeing cedric daniels hot sexy bod
worst part was watching omar cuddle and kiss niggas
the best part was that redhead lawyer chick getting BLACKED and therefore making jimmy the cuck that he is
Jimmy fucked her first
amerigoblo hands typed this post
lol insecure much?
no, watching omar be with someone that isn't me hurt too much
> I want it that way
>tfw no omar bf
Watching the wire feels like reading a book. Any recommendations for similar shows?
>sopranos
>mad men
>generation kill
all great when it comes to writing
Gommorah
Thank you, user.
well, mcnutty was using her for sex only.
The other parts were necassary tho.
Agree with this except the news. So fucking boring. Literally Simon sucking his own dick for an entire season.
Literally the funniest shit I’ve read on here in the past year or so. Laughed for 5 minutes straight, where’s this from?
Try reading Homicide and the Corner by David Simon. They’re major influences on the wire, and then Clockers (1992).
These
Forsooth!
Ive kind of forgotten that season, but at least it showed how retarded news orginizations are. I think that season was rushed as well because they knew they were getting cancelled.
Monkeys belong in the zoo.
how the fuck did Marlo teleport like that? the guard didn't even see it happen
De-TEC-tive...
...my bedroom.
God dammit
*drinks*
>Thinking the school storyline is bad
I vehemently disagree. Not only were the kids great actors (well I guess they weren't acting at all) it showed how young kids in Baltimore become corrupted and turn into the future dealers and corrupt politicians (or future Omar's). Name one other show that made people care about 4 black teens.
The fuck did I do?
2 > 3 > 1 = 4 > 5
