Wait, what, the founding fathers were BLACK? Hey we need to get this info out, its important.

>when will we get a Hamilton film?
right after the avenue q movie lmao

Probably once Hamilton stops touring. Lin Miranda most likely would want to play the part himself.

bump

Why didn't they depict Hamilton for the power hungry bastard he really was?

$850? What the fuck. That's just exaggeration to make a point, right?

I wouldn't pay more than $250 for a ticket to any sort of performance at all. And even that is severely pushing the limits.

But you just linked a different depiction. What if that one was the opposite end of the spectrum, overstating his powerhungriness

more like $500

My parents had me see this with them. You will never get a movie because it is ABSOLUTE dogshit. It would red pill too many people about the culture industry or whatever.

lol rich liberals are fucking retarded

>Broadway
Imagine paying any money to listen to cringe lyrics about relationships sung by gays lmao

this is a fringe, contrarian, and likely racially motivated opinion

film is cheaper

>$849
>Doesn't even have Miranda as Hamilton
Fuck off. And to answer your question on when Movie it'll be when it's finally finished touring, they'll release a recorded version of the musical from one of the first ones with the original cast, and then they'll do a proper movie later on

What if you could read everything hes writtin in his own words and therefore never come to that conclusion because it's facially retarded?

He wanted america to be another european empire with all the trappings, kings, top down government, etc. Its no wonder hes portrayed in such a positive light today.

I saw this with my dad on Broadway with the original cast. We knew absolutely nothing about it other than it was getting really good reviews. When the show started and out came jigaboos hip hopping and crotch grabbing my dad and I just looked at each other in confusion. I got used to it as it went on, but frankly the best moments of the musical involved actual singing and not mumble rapping. When the show ended I certainly didn’t come out thinking it was the greatest thing I’d ever seen, but it was very solid. The over the top dick sucking of Hamilton is really just because of the niggers in the cast, which is unfortunate

Also I hated lin manuel mirandas voice

ANYONE EVER STOP TO THINK WHY THEY PICKED ALEXANDER HAMILTON???????

Hamilton, as a founding father, while bright was abhorred up until about a decade ago. Hamiltonian perspective of what the United States represented would be a large Federal government with the states serving as satellites. (Thomas) Jeffersonian United States has always been the antithesis of that perspective, advocating for smaller Federal government and each state governing as it sees fit.

Hamiltonian America on steroids is what Lincolnian America (what we have now) became; vast Federal overreach, individual civil liberties trampled, and the complete neutering of state's independence from Big Govt.

You can only squeeze so much blood out of the turnip of lionized Lincoln (the Great Emancipator), so (((they))) found a way to fetishize Hamilton which represents the same globohomo interests to produce a divested white European nation.

Anyone here a StarKid fan? What's your favourite of their musicals?

I once worked at a theater and live stage plays and shows were usually between $500 and $100 a ticket, original price with no scalping.
The Theatre put on some big shows with large casts, and was on Not for Profit.
I believe they just broke even or thereabouts each year.
Broadway theatres in NY likely have way higher union salaries for at least the stage crew, which would be union in a Broadway theatre in NY.
The Theatre management would likely also be paid more.
I’m not sure about actors, with the exception of lead actors. Actors usually get the sort endbof the stick when they’re lower level and the lower level pay may be consistently crappy in most major cities.
If the theatre had to be leased for the show, that would also be expensive.
