They don't like hearing that because they almost all have massively exaggerated ideas of their own importance, but honestly, outside of the economic effect of their decisions (which don't usually vary much regardless of if the government is democratic or republican at the time), they really do not matter much on the world stage or to political theory.

Muscles are attractive for what they show about a man, not because of the muscles themselves. Even before I looked good, feats of strength or dexterity were attractive, but so are feats of any type such as intellect or dedication. Getting fit shows dedication, focus, personal development, and other characteristics which are attractive in themselves.

That doesn't make a girl who likes a fit guy shallow or a guy who likes a thin girl misogynistic.
