They’ll either completely ignore it or fix it in his next film. Shouldn’t be to hard assuming EDITH keeps records.

I think he’s going to be on the run for the whole of the next movie. Public sentiment will be against him and the media will be running a constant smear campaign. The only place he will be safe is hiding out with his number one fan Flash Thompson. I’m genuinely interested to see that relationship develop. Peter and flash becoming friends is a staple of the comics.

J.J. Will likely help the scorpion get his powers and suit just like in the comics and they will be one of the factions (possibly many) that are after Spider-Man. If they go full sinister six, then most of the movie will be the chase, and the villains just barely failing to catch him because they get in each other’s way. The team up proper will happen in the third act. Peter will have to recruit at least one or more super friends to help defeat them.

Or they’ll kill him off and do Miles, but I hope not. I can’t deal with Spider-Man getting any younger than he already is.
