Actually the character actors have it better than anyone. They get 15 minutes on the job, and then a 15 minute paid break alternating for their entire shift. They also get a body guard to protect them from people doing anything even remotely creepy. It's the cushiest job in the park, but also the hardest job to snag for obvious reasons.

That 15 minute break is in an air conditioned break room. They are only in the heat for half of their shift.
