I think my biggest problem with The Boys is that it's supposed to be a tract against superhero comics but it's basically the same silly shit except his superpowered guys whopping the mat with everyone don't count because they all wear trenchcoats instead of costumes.

Have been reading Preacher for the past month. Good work, very well crafted, The Saint of Killers, Herr Starr and specially fucking Jody are great.
However the scenes between Jesse and Tulip have been so, so, so boring... even Jesse's talks with Cassidy are starting to get boring lately (I am on issue 27, this issue between Tulip and her friend, with Cassidy telling Tulip he loves her was the worst issue so far, only Herr Starr saved it)
