Of course your focus is in it when lifting, you have to focus on that, and lifting is actually good for you. Shit like jogging or cycling or whatever for hours you're not paying attention to at all, and all it does is wear out your joints and ligaments while your mind's 100% on putting one foot in front of the other and then suddenly two hours have gone by.
put that attention and effort into something productive. Get a hobby.

If you want to really change your life and develop self-discipline you need to start exercising, meditating and practicing IF.
Eat only in the morning, do some type of physical activity when you done and meditate for 30 minutes right after. You can't do shit and follow a plan because you don't lift, because your mind is always too active, and because you're simultaneously tired from digesting food non-stop and having too much energy to burn from all the food you've eaten.
Give your body fuel in the morning and manage it throughout the day. And remember to eat good stuff, lots of protein and lots of vegetables.

crepitus is perfectly normal and doesn't necessarily indicate a problem. probably nocebo, unless you've seen a professional about it. personally, I got horrible crepitus in my knees and it caused me tons of pain and made me squat less and less as the pain got worse, until I started reading up on it and the nocebo effect. then I started putting more weight on the bar again and the pain just went away on its own. maybe I got better, or maybe it was just all in my head. but whatever it was, it went away, and I still got my crepitus so that wasn't it.
but ofc I don't know shit about you so you might have a real problem, but clicking and pain alone doesn't mean you do. mind is really good at playing tricks on you.

As many meals as you want in a window of, say, 4 to 6 hours. You can even have a bigger window at first, like eating during the first half of the day. Then you stop eating for good.
Eat whatever you want, just make sure to add enough protein and vegetables besides the food you like, and drink a lot of water throughout the day. If you ever feel shitty it's probably due to a mineral defficiency, and you could try supplementing them.

I was walking a dog once a few years ago and noticed my arm felt weird. That night I was reaching up into a cabinet and it felt like my arm slipped backward or some shit. My scapula started to stick out and the arm would still give that same slipping feeling. I did some therapy type moves with it and eventually started working out. It doesn't stick out now and doesn't hurt or hinder my functioning, but it has never felt quite right and I can tell it moves funny compared to my other arm in certain motions. Does your scapula move strangely or do you ever get that same "slipping" sensation, like the arm is sliding backwards? I wonder if some nerve got pinched in my arm and some small muscle is paralyzed or some shit.
