I recall seeing a ton of carrot top shit one of the times I was in vegas, it's just there. They have their own little bubble that makes you feel like you're in the late 90s and early 2000s. I always forget the blue man group exists until I go to vegas and see their posters everywhere.

If you have money there's very little you can't do. Good live shows, arcades, rides, and legally pay to fuck whores a bit further away. Some of the casinos have really neat themes and it's fun to explore.

Well if you're just going to look at things, sure LA is a good choice. There's tons of tours of famous filming locations. Still, you have to understand that places like Las Vegas literally looks like any other city in America with the exception of The Strip. Its basically the same with 99% of every city in America.

You should go to America with a specific goal in mind. Like hardly anybody ever says "I want to go and see the famous city of San Diego" but they might say that "I want to go to the San Diego Comic Con."

You don’t have to have a ton of money to go. Just have some money for booze, it’s awesome to be able to drink while walking down the street. Just exploring and people watching can be interesting. Fat Tuesday’s is the best for a good buzz, find somewhere good use the pool. Maybe get into a club for a cheap amount of money or somewhere with night swim.

Browse Groupon and Yelp for things to do in that area for cheap, wherever you are thinking about going. If you’re only going to come here once it’s worth just checking out for a day or two. It’s only a 5 hour drive from LA.
