I'll believe it when I see it.

What is Warhammer 40k even about?

I mean honestly is there anything wrong with cuckolding when it's practiced correctly? Look, here's my story.

Ive been on Yea Forums for 12 years. I got married three years ago and my wife had twins, two beautiful baby girls. My penis is only 6cm big. I have a micro penis. Am I ashamed? No. I was born this way and that's it. Instead of feeling sorry for myself I got over it and made a woman love me, not my body. Because of that, our love is more pure and stronger than anyone's. My wife will have sex with me if I ask. She'll do everything to please me and I love her for it, but I just can't please her. I can't help it. I don't want her to be masturbating for the rest of her life because that's just sad and not fulfilling her desires. When she is ovulating, we had sex for the baby and she chose me to be the father of her children. But at the end of the day, I can't satisfy her needs. That's just life.

So I approached her with the idea of cuckolding just after our marriage. She was hesitant at first, but I convinced her that she wanted this but she had too kind of a heart to tell me. So she agreed but was shy. I posted the ad on Craigslist and was contacted a week later. It begun. Now once a month every month, me and the wife go out and let our parents mind the kids. I drive her to a motel and wait in the car while she goes in alone to her date. it's a different guy every month, the only specification is that his penis must be bigger than 18cm (6 inches). I wait in the car and read the newspaper or play my 3DS. She comes out thirty minutes to an hour later, kisses me and tells me she loves me. Then we drive home with her head on my shoulder.

She's happy. I'm happy. Our kids are happy. We love each other and our relationship is healthy. What the hell is wrong with cuckolding when it allows us to be happy like this? She would slowly begin to resent me more and more if her needs weren't being met. this way we both are happy.

Edgy, tryhard shit.

Very bleak sci-fi universe , edgy to the point of being satire. Its awesome

A dark sci-fi universe where the dystopian empire is actually the least worse alternative and fights aliens, litteral demons and eldritch horrors with the help of cool looking space knights.

Attached: IMG_4507.jpg (900x870, 144K)

Imagine Starship Troopers, but the leader of all mankind is some sort of psychic space Jesus and the people view him as a God/Emperor, where much of the military is genetically enhanced tyler1's in power armor with chain-swords and there is war unceasing between mankind and Tyranids (basically ST bugs, or typical Zerg), and the Orks (Fungus soccer hooligans who only exist to fight, and become powerful the more fighty they get) , and Chaos (typical Demonic corruption), and every other fucking lifeform in the universe.

it's gonna be full on woke and will subvert all expectation innit

All the problems will be caused by men
All solutions will be from women

>Not Ciaphas Cain

About a world where fascism works perfectly. It's to fascism what Star Trek is to communism.

No it isn't.

moron

literally incel cucks. they cant get laid so they recede into their nerd lairs and talk about how great and cool computers are and they're gonna be bill gates cool someday. all they are or will ever be is IT support, while the chad space marine is shitting on chaos and fucking sisters of battle

Star Trek
What if we actually had unlimited resources so we could give free shit to everyone?

Warhammer
What if outside threats actually were the governments primary concern so doing artrocious shit to stop them was completely justified?

But in no way does the Imperial system work perfectly. It's a miserable existence for trillions of people that the Imperium is only sometimes capable of protecting anyway.

I love 40k desu. I like to listen to the audiobooks

>It's a miserable existence for trillions of people that the Imperium is only sometimes capable of protecting anyway.

It's the only one capable of keeping humanity alive.

Well it's probably the only thing they could ever translate into a decent TV-Series, since it's mostly Ordo Xenos stuff, the only thing that might be weird to show in the show would be those space slug thingies and their 200 fucking dimensional planet or what ever it was - has been years since I read the books.

It's also a good introduction to the universe since a inquisitor has access to basically everything in the imperium except the palace and the assassins. I can't remember if there are space marines in the books and if to what extent but IIRC most of the stuff takes place on either ships or imperial worlds.

It's the only thing that works though. All the small space empires that got conquered by the imperium during the great crusade were local, none of them were ever galaxy spanning - also to the emperors credit: he never wanted the imperium to turn into what it currently is, robot girlyman has a point.

Daily reminder that emperor is a hack, that begged chaos gods for power because he couldnt accomplish anything with his own strength, emperor dying is best thing that can happen to humanity.

Star Trek isn't communist... Earth/Starfleet is a post scarcity society via technological advancement. Everything else is basically military academy-like virtues (meritocracy, hard-work, improvement, etc.) + peaceful explorer's guild + tolerance.

There could have been a better system though. Half the point of the setting is that humanity has had golden ages where they spanned the galaxy and lived relatively peaceful and prosperous lives, but that was tens of thousands of years ago and now there's just a bloated, decaying shade of humanity's potential.

Daily reminder that the allmighty chaos gods took 10.000 years to get past cadia.

Yeah those golden ages also didn't have to deal with the eye of terror. Also do we know how big the pre-imperium galaxy spanning empire was? The Eldar ruled the galaxy and apparently they didn't bother dealing with humans before their Fall so I don't think that pre-imperium mankind was ever a unified empire, could be wrong though.

British satire/parody of the dystopian 80s shit that the mutts took literaly (again).
So now it's just a collage of stolen ideas mixed with some terrible written books for mouthbreathers that make any triple digit IQ human cringe

I only played some games. So i'm guessing there is no other story other than human Marines fighting space Orks

cast him

But it DOES work. Doing what has to be done, putting the survival of the state above the happiness or even the human dignity of the individual etc. are core principles of fascism.

It begun as satire of the bleak 80s. Theres even an ork named after thatcher, its only recently it takes itself seriously

>chaos gods
Literal undercarpet parasites.

And they teamed up to take him down and failed.

>Everyone is economically equal.
>No one works for profit everyone just contributes to society because they feel like it.
>Centralized governmnet handles everything.
Sounds like a communists paradise to me.

Religious technocratic autocracy fighting green football hooligans fighting evil elves fighting demon mutants fighting robot zombies fighting Aliens (like the movie) fighting japanese caricatures in space.

None of it makes sense as a whole and the setting only exists to make big battles and last stands.

And hes still mere cripple watching over his "empire" that resembles stalins ZSRR.

Here is the long version, since Yea Forums is shit as always:
Warhammer 40k is a futuristic setting that ranges from the yera 30.000 AD to 40.000 Ad an so on.
Humanity has had it's long golden age and became an oppresive Empire, with an murderous beraucracy, trillions of soldiers to fight the numerous horrors that wait in the galaxy. The so called Imperium of Man controls most of the milky way and venerates it's leader, a guy called to god emperor, as a god. Eisenhorn, the main character of dan abnets books, is an Inquisitor, basically the Imperial CIA but with far more powers. a good entry to a completly ridicolous universe that most of the time borders on absurdist Satire. Most of the sympathetic characters that you see in 40k media would make goat villains in more happy sci fi or fantasy stories.
Warhammer 40k is grim and dystian, it is less hopeful than TMITHC and the Nazis are the good guys. Every day something new jumps out of the void of space and tries to fuck everything up and war never ends.

Best faction coming through.

>a world where fascism works perfectly
It's more like what would happen if Murphy's Law was the guiding principle of your universe. The Imperium, just like every other race, is a decaying shell whose golden years are long behind it.

>Imperium
>good
Tau are the good guys.

It is the 41st Millennium. For more than a hundred centuries The Emperor has sat immobile on the Golden Throne of Earth. He is the Master of Mankind by the will of the gods, and master of a million worlds by the might of his inexhaustible armies. He is a rotting carcass writhing invisibly with power from the Dark Age of Technology. He is the Carrion Lord of the Imperium for whom a thousand souls are sacrificed every day, so that he may never truly die.

Yet even in his deathless state, the Emperor continues his eternal vigilance. Mighty battlefleets cross the daemon-infested miasma of the Warp, the only route between distant stars, their way lit by the Astronomican, the psychic manifestation of the Emperor's will. Vast armies give battle in his name on uncounted worlds. Greatest amongst his soldiers are the Adeptus Astartes, the Space Marines, bio-engineered super-warriors. Their comrades in arms are legion: the Imperial Guard and countless planetary defence forces, the ever vigilant Inquisition and the tech-priests of the Adeptus Mechanicus to name only a few. But for all their multitudes, they are barely enough to hold off the ever-present threat from aliens, heretics, mutants - and worse.

To be a man in such times is to be one amongst untold billions. It is to live in the cruelest and most bloody regime imaginable. These are the tales of those times. Forget the power of technology and science, for so much has been forgotten, never to be re-learned. Forget the promise of progress and understanding, for in the grim dark future there is only war. There is no peace amongst the stars, only an eternity of carnage and slaughter, and the laughter of thirsting gods

weeb

Go away weeb. You tau don't even comprehend the terror of the galaxy and think by shooting a keeper of secrets, that you killed slaanesh.

>Tau are the good guys.
Space commies, but also a caste system. Literally the worst of both worlds.

Idris Elba

Are they going to kill the Emperor someday? or Gamesworkshop's going to milk it until it fades into oblivion like WoTC did with Forgotten Realms?

Only if they want to end the setting. If he dies or gets up off the Throne Terra would be sucked into a brand new Eye of Terror

I think in one of the last codex releases he is very heavily hinted to be dead or something; atleast his body while his spirit basically is just anchored in the throne and guides the imperium with his light.

>alliance
I have bad news for you hordie
