They don't keep data on migrant crime, they use obfuscating terms to hide the truth (in all EU nations you are legally required to refer to Middle Eastern and African migrants as "asian" in news and police reports). I'm also fairly sure prosecutors in Sweden and Germany are prevented from convicting migrants period.

I'd imagine immigration doesn't do much for terrorism in a country, at least until their numbers grow and they start getting ballsy. Mostly the immigration just turns them into a thriving terrorist recruitment area, and then the terrorists they breed there travel to join ISIS or whatever.
