It was kino, and will be remembered for a much longer time than other concurrent comedies because it was about five years ahead of its time and did what it tried to do extremely effectively. It also had a really great ensemble cast, whose individual members have never been able to recapture the timing and chemistry that they have together.

I wouldn't be surprised if Jeff committed suicide after season 6. The chick he loved went away, his friends were moving on, and he was becoming an alcoholic. He never went back to being a lawyer and when he became a teacher he didn't give a shit about teaching the students at Greendale. In season 5 he took a bunch of pills and almost died. His friends didn't care too much about that either.

I don't think so, it seemed like he really changed for the better. Like for example when he meets Elroy the first time Elroy says "you're a clever young man" and Jeff says with a smile "I'm 40" which was the reason he took all those pills. The last episode was sad yeah, but Jeff loves his job and he's still got friends.

I think Jeff accepted that he was getting old and that things were never going to go back to the way they were both with his pre-Greendale life and to all of them being together as a "community".

In my mind, Jeff met some qt female professor, finally allowed himself to genuinely like someone and start a family.
