They have to polish it and make it shine. Universal created the idea of cinematic universes and crossovers. They should check what was right (cinematography, sets, locations, stunts and little amount of CGI) and fix what went wrong (writing, dialogue, exposition) to show that you can't give up. The Mummy was top notch in terms of technical aspects, they shat the bed with writing. The cast was solid too, Tom and that mummy girl had great chemistry, much better than with that blonde. Russell was cool too, but they should not reveal his identity yet.
