Wasn't this supposed to be really good? How come, like avatar, it has had zero cultural impact?

It had tons of cultural impact. People to this day still append -ception to multi-layer phenomena.

And lets not forget the farting tubas in every trailer now.

Indeed. BWAAAAAAH is what studios and audiences demand all the same, these days.

Good premise, terrible execution.

Incorrect.

I watched it for the first time last week, had high expectations and while it wasn't necessarily bad it felt like a regular amerilard action movie, and the actress is disgusting (not ugly just repulsive)

inb4 somebody mentions paprika because he thinks every movie must be always original and thinks tarantino is a thief

>Nolan
>terrible execution
>ever

Dances with wolves! Pocahontas! Ferngully! The Last Samurai!

I've heard that wake up song they used in several commercials.

>like clockwork
Dance monkey dance!

they had to explain that by saying dreams going to crazy makes the person realize they're dreaming. Lame but makes sense. Otherwise you'd get like another sucker punch

Sucksr Punch was a better movie than Inception.

Did they explain that in the movie? I can’t remember, it’s my only problem with the movie honestly it never made sense to me

Zack Snyder, that you?

yes they explain it, maybe pay attention next time

been a while since I've seen it but I'm pretty sure leo talks about it when talking about creating dreams with the Juno chick
