This is so true that it doesn´t really matter if the CDPR games are faithful to the source or not. It´s the games what give the Witcher some manner of brand recognition and what most people think about when you mention "Witcher".
It is also true that THAT story has already been told, we wouldn´t want the Netflix adaptation to be done over the games narrative. Choosing to adapt directly from the books is a safer choice for all of us. Still they could have choosen some hot women. I mean, i understand it´s netflix and that they are going to go BAME but come on, BAME doesn´t have to mean ugly.
