Who was Jerry talking about on this episode of comedians in cars? He really ripped him apart.

"I don't like him. At all. At all. In fact I have a particular feeling about him.
I had kind of forgotten about him, and then there was a little article about him in the paper, and even in that, there was a veiled reference to his dislike of what I did. Didn't have my name, of course.
He used to rail against comedians because they weren't as wild and dangerous as he was, 'cause he sucked! Okay? He wasn't funny, and that's why he didn't get anywhere, period.
He sucked! 'Cause in comedy, nobody gives a fuck if you're cool, if you're lame. If you're funny, you win, if you're not funny, you don't. And he's NOT funny, that's why he had to do that stupid f*cking voice, 'cause you have no f*cking act.
...Yeah, you can tell him, by the way, all of that. And that's why he didn't like me, 'cause I could actually do it! I can do comedy. He can't. That's why he doesn't like me. That's what that's about.
...and I'll tell you where else it came from... stupid [???], you're not scary or dangerous, you're just, you're just weak on stage, that's what you are, weak. You're a weak act.
...You can love him, he's gunna need the love, because he's not gunna get it from the public. Because you don't have any skills, you don't have any talent..."

Bobcat Wildwaith

Cosby

Bobcat Goldwaith

gilbert

Gottfried

Which one??

Gilbert did a great impression of Jerry before anybody else did it so it could be Gilbert

I think it's Bobcat, he only had that screaming voice and was never funny.

Definitely not him, Jerry liked Cosby's stand-up

Yes

> Bridget Everett is a “good friend” of this mystery man.
> The person is someone who Jerry could have conceivably “forgotten about,” implying that he’s not a super well-known name.
> It’s someone who’s been negative about Seinfeld and railed against comedians who weren’t as “wild and dangerous” as he was.
> It’s a comedian who, according to Seinfeld, “sucks,” “wasn’t funny,” and “didn’t get anywhere.”
> He’s someone who did a “stupid fucking voice” and purports to be “scary or dangerous.”

>Based on these clues, I came up with a four prime suspects — Andy Kindler, Anthony Jeselnik, Eddie Pepitone, and Gilbert Gottfried — along with a few alternates (Denis Leary, Nick DiPaolo, Bobcat Goldthwait, Dan Aykroyd). For the record, I do not personally believe these comedians suck. Many of these suspects came from perusing Everett’s twitter account and searching for negative articles about Seinfeld.

andrew dice clay

Obviously he's referring to Kenny Bania

I'm thinking bobcat. He used to do crazy shit like light the couch on fire during a talk show. He was considered unpredictable and "dangerous" when he was circulating show biz.

Not surprising that Seinfeld wouldn't find him funny.

I read that and the guy who wrote it is an idiot. Gilbert and Jerry get along fine, and Jerry has no problem with Anthony Jeselnik, Seinfeld is one of his idols for Christ's sakes. The only comedian on there it could be is Bobcat. The other ones are just comedians the writer doesn't like.

>Gilbert and Jerry get along fine,

But that's because they're the same person using time travel to have two careers.

This person doesn't have a clue.

Could be a possibility.

>Feb. 19, 1995
>But if you think he’s weird, Goldthwait says, consider Jerry Seinfeld.

>“Here is this creepy Scientologist guy (dating) teenage girls - which I don’t care about one way or another,” he said. “What I find creepy is that people are convinced he lives in that apartment, and those are his wacky friends. They don’t like each other; they’re actors paid to pretend they like Jerry Seinfeld. He’s a weird guy. But everybody thinks he’s normal and I’m weird.”

Andrew Dice Clay

Dice was big for a while, when was Bobcat on his level? Bobcat is most well known for his role in those Police Academy movies.

>What I find creepy is that people are convinced he lives in that apartment, and those are his wacky friends. They don’t like each other; they’re actors paid to pretend they like Jerry Seinfeld.
Does Bobcat not understand how television works?

this

based

Andrew Dice Clay has said on Larry King that Seinfeld is one of the greatest comics and that his sitcom is great.

Probably not Diceman.

The comedian in question doesn't like Seinfeld though, use that to filter out the choices

Yeah I'm sticking with it being Bobcat then, he's always been an asshole. He was happy when Sam Kinison died because he didn't like his act.

It has to be Bobcat over Gottfried, because Gottfried is funny. However, Gottfried has repeatedly mocked Jerry and Jay Leno on the Howard Stern show in the 90s and 2000s.

I think it's Gilbert Gottfried.
With a second guess of Bobcat. But Bobcat stopped doing the voice years ago, while Gilbert still does it. Gilbert is nothing without the voice.

Gilbert actually has jokes though. Bobcat hasn't worked as a comic since the 90s.

He is saying some fans don't and think that is Seinfeld's actual life

Attached: 1529766567399.jpg (275x183, 7K)

Yeah but how is that Seinfeld's fault?

Gilbert imitates Jerry and makes fun of him, but I've never heard of him hating Jerry's act.

I think it was just illustrating Jerry as a normal, cool dude, when in reality he was not.

Bobcat still works, and also heckles fans who tell him to do the voice, which he doesn't do anymore, and is bitter towards successful comedians.

I don't think Gilbert has actual negative feelings towards Seinfeld, I don't know why he would

Its Andrew dice clay

See you fucking slowpoke

Remember the hambeast he was talking to is friends with this guy. Do you really think that's gonna be Dice? No it would be Bobcat, I've seen him talk about how he's a feminist and shit in interviews.

why is it that literally all comedians are angry bitter rude assholes in real life always going on about some teenage drama they have and talking shit about every other comedian? Jerry sucks at stand up by the way, he was an OK comedy actor and I'm not sure if he wrote for the show but his actual jokes make me feel uncomfortable with how unfunny they are. like when he had norm on and tried telling him some jew joke

Attached: 1562694429818.jpg (325x350, 17K)

wasn't bobcat on bobs burgers doing the voice?

We know the subject came up because it was the episode Jerry had Bridget Everett as a guest, and Googling Bridget with Gilbert turns up nothing. Googling her and Bobcat Goldthwait, on the other hand, brings up "Love You More" and "Bobcat Goldthwait's Misfits and Monsters"

>like when he had norm on and tried telling him some jew joke

But that was the best sequence of the episode.
youtube.com/watch?v=dAF81Y__hTg

O V A L T I N E

That's gold, Jerry! Gold!

Attached: Bania.jpg (276x280, 17K)

Case closed. It's fucking Bobcat.

It can't be Gilbert. He's widely called a comedian's comedian.

WHAT WAS THAT TSUNAMI TWEET THAT GOT HIM FIRED FROM AFLAC

Probably right, this shit is terrible. I liked him in Burglar though.

That's not even funny enough to have been worth tweeting, much less to lose your gig over.

probably Bobcat
which is a bit unfair as he was a huge comic when jerry was really nobody (though this was the 80s when everyone was a huge comic)
If I recall Bobcat was on the tonight show and kinda did a seinfeld impression.

Attached: enhanced-buzz-31797-1300124882-16.jpg (461x190, 72K)

he's not wrong
Kinison was awful

>Jerry was a nobody

Jerry was already getting appearances on the tonight show in 1981

Attached: hqdefault.jpg (480x360, 21K)

Everyone did a Seinfeld impression before Seinfeld was a household name. I forgot where I saw it, but it was explained in some show. When he was coming up through the circuit other comedians saw him getting big, but still kinda made fun of his schtick; Tom Hanks was in a SNK skit that made fun of him before Jerry made it big.

>I can do comedy
but it sucks ass

Bobcat was doing movies (sure they weren't great but still)

No shit, Dan Aykroyd? wtf, not even close

That's your opinion but Bobcat was happy he died because he considered Sam's act to be misogynistic which is such a pussy thing to say.

That doesn't really mean anything because back then late night hosts were actively searching for comedian guests, so if you had some talent they would invite you

Dice was playing stadiums for a while there. This is the first I’m hearing of this but Bobcat Goldthwait seems to be the most likely based on the info provided. I can’t see Gilbert describing himself as scary or dangerous.

Jerry seems so angry and bitter

Danny's not a stand-up, he's a sketch comedic actor and screenwriter, and incredibly well regarded as both.

Jerry is a more personable Larry David.

DOES LITERALLY ANYONE DISLIKE DAN AYKROYD

HIS TINFOIL SHIT IS GREAT, PREDATES ALEX JONES

I disagree

Yeah, I know, which makes it a retarded guess.

HIGHLY RETARDED

>>>Based on these clues, I came up with
LMAO

I think he's just aloof in general, also I don't know the source of OP but it doesn't really sound like him

Andrew Dice Gay

watch comedians in cars getting coffee, he's just a rude angry little man

I've seen a few, never heard him swear

based just like Joel from MST3K

The linked article implies this person was friends with John Belushi which eliminates almost every name here

Why don't they call it Roundtine?

Attached: 1530309642741.jpg (480x472, 50K)

>he's just a rude angry little man
but he's not really. He's just blunt and direct.

well played

>'Cause in comedy, nobody gives a fuck if you're cool, if you're lame. If you're funny, you win, if you're not funny, you don't.
what a pathetic narrow worldview
seinfeld obviously doesn't hold comedy in very high regard if that's what he feels
sucks for him he's had to spend a career working in a profession he doesn't respect

none of what you said makes sense.

either Amy Schumer or Carlos Mencia

ya need me to write it in crayon, redditor?

>Andy Kindler
>scary or dangerous

Seinfeld is such an unlikeable faggot. Hack too, he’s been doing the same exact act for 30 years. He’s lucky Larry David handed him hundreds of millions otherwise he’d be working shitty road gigs every weekend.

Yeah we know, the article writer is a complete moron.

please do. It's easy to say things that make no sense without defending them.

>t. bobcat goldthwait

>Dan Akroyd is a shitty comedian with a gimmick voice that kept him afloat
lmao wtf is this person thinking. this is funnier than any of the people named in this thread
might as well just throw mitch hedburg, ray romano and hulk hogan on that "who could it be?" list lmao

Carlos Mencia is funnier than Joe Rogan.

reading it in his voice makes it funny

don't forget Dane Cook

reddit

There was an interview where Seinfeld was at the clubs as a rookie, Godfrey did seinfeld's set right before he went on. Had the kitchen in stitches but the crowd had no idea what was going on.

man he really fucking nailed the mid-00's teenage girl market
i bet that dude fucked a different 15-19 year old every 8 hours once he got his fame

Do any of those comedians other than Goldthwait and Gottfried do a "stupid fucking voice"? Fuck this guy didn't narrow it down in the slightest

I still don't get this joke

>from an interview in 2003 with Bobcat Goldthwait:

"I watched that Jerry Seinfeld movie about stand-up (Comedian). I don't know, man. Sitting around with a bunch of guys, slaving over a new 'clapper' joke? For God's sake. People are gonna think all comics are crazy, because here's a guy with $450 million, bummed out because he can't get laughs at an Improv. Crazy!

"'Dude, if it bums you out, don't go on stage. You've got $450 million. You can pay these people to clap."

Jesus

>Holocaust denier
>I won't hold that against you
Kek

he said it during the whole tsunami thing, you know, when an earthquake off the shore causes all the water to flood the mainland.

very easy for someone nobody like bobcat to say that...literally sour grapes smashed into crab mentality

Okay ignoring that article written by the idiot writer these are the things to narrow down:

-Friends with John Belushi
-Friends with Bridget Everett
-Took shots at Seinfeld and claimed to be a wild and dangerous comic
-Not super well-known as a comedian (which would be a reason Jerry wouldn't be aware)
-Did a "stupid fucking voice"

wow... what a stupid thing to tweet

>That's gold user! GOLD!

Has to be Bobcat based on everything

Funny thing is they're both supreme cunts

is he talking about the movie with Adam Sandler that Judd Apatow made? wtf thats like 6 years later

He was engaged to Nikki Cox and was 16 years older than her...

where's the funny part

Gilbert hasn't told a new joke in 25 years

Attached: 1469479890372.gif (217x217, 1.46M)

youtube.com/watch?v=WNMByEHelH4
follows Jerry returning to stand up, and another "upcoming comic" who turns out to be a massive unfunny cringe machine

I think he's referring to the roundtable discussion with Seinfeld, Gervais, Rock, and C.K.

The fact that you didn't get it

reddit

>Nikki Cox born June 2, 1978
> In 1997, she was engaged to Bobcat Goldthwait

Wouldn't that make her 19 when they got engaged? How long did she know him before that?

Every one of those points to Bobcat with the possible exception of the first. Was he even around when Belushi was still alive?

he didn't care, he thought it was funny. And it is.

The show itself plenty of times makes fun of Jerry because of how much of a neurotic jerk he can be 24/7, is Bobcat a fucking retard?

t. Redditor

was she an adult? thats more than you can say for Jerry "Dating Juniors in High school" Seinfeld

t. 14 year old edgelord

He was in police academy with Tim Kazurinski who was Belushi-adjacent

>Here is this creepy Scientologist guy
but we all know he's jewish
> But everybody thinks he’s normal and I’m weird.
psychological projection, nice

Closest thing I found was this:

chicagotribune.com/news/ct-xpm-2002-11-25-0211250151-story.html

>When Tom Kenny, the voice of SpongeBob SquarePants, was growing up in Syracuse, N.Y., his best friend was edgy comedian Bobcat Goldthwait. They were recently reminiscing about those childhood days when they both dreamed of Hollywood.

>"Remember when we were in high school?" Goldthwait said. "We were talking about whose careers we wanted to have when we grew up. I said John Belushi and you said Mel Blanc."

He'd have been aware of Belushi while growing up but I don't know if he ever met him.

project harder faggot.

>faggot
grow up

lol, you should fucking grow up...can't take a fucking joke and you think using faggot is juvenile...breh, go outside.

>Tom Kenny
that explains Bobcat's voices a bit I guess maybe they both planned to Voice Act but he tried some stand-up and people liked it

The only thing I remember is Bobcat was Robin Williams' friend for a long time, too.

stop licking jerry's asshole dude

Bania

Robin Williams was a good friend of Belushi as well. There's the connection.

youtube.com/watch?v=EC26RI-Ria8&t=85s

Please name a funny comedian.

Carrot Top

Sam Hyde

just sit back and relax, the petty faggot will reveal himself

youtube.com/watch?v=eU-Tig_HNDg
Around 6:18

His impression is clearly affectionate you absolute autist and Gottfried is hilarious and successful, how could it possibly be him?

>successful
doubt

You can see her mouth ‘bobcat’

>A holocaust survivor eventually dies of old age
>go to heaven
>meets god
>he tells god a holocaust joke
>god goes 'that not funny'
>he says 'I guess you had to be there'

OP here. The quote is from the Netflix show verbatim.

You're right that it doesn't sounds like him but it is.

Hey bobcat!

I was a big fan of shakes the clown.

Its not gilbert, they both get along

Yup

Seinfeld was never good.

Tsunami

Gottfried is s Don Rickles style comedian. He says mean stuff.

gilbert gottfried comes to mind? never seen his comedy and he's not really that clever.

Is there anything more faggoty than a neckscarf?

bobcat lives in my old hometown in upstate new york. its a failing shit hole that he shouldn't have to live in.

its ok for literally anyone other than an american. we have stupid fashion rules and cold ass necks.

yeah, faggots who poopoo someone wearing something to keep them warm.

Read the thread before responding, you Crazy Days and Nights tourist

Andrew Dice Clay?

Bobcat fits pretty well, especially since he was "dangerous" and did a stupid voice

Did you even read the thread?

>not reading the thread

kino

literally this, even with the black box you can clearly make it out.

>I've never seen you like this before.
>I've never been like this before.

Choosing to be cold because you're insecure about a piece of fabric

you didn't get it. cuz you're not a jew. and you're young.

wat episode is this from?

Season 6 episode 11

Thanks, didn't even realize there was a new season. When will Jerry have Nick Mullen on the show though?
