Kylo and Rey are teaming up against the Sith

There's basically no denying it, a new book "Who's who in the galaxy" separates the characters from all trilogies into these groups:
>Rebels
>Empire
>First Order
>Sith

What does it tell us?
"Resistance" is mashed together with "Rebels", they're considered to be exactly the same faction.
Empire is a separate faction, sure.
First Order? Of course.

But then... Sith?

Sith are now treated as a completely separate faction. The new Sith troopers belong to the "Sith" faction, they're not associated with The First Order.

They're retconning Sith to be some ultimate evil that works above the Rebels/Empire dichotomy. You can hear the gears turning.

They're going to make Palpatine return leading the "Sith" and then get Kylo and Rey to team up to fight him.

It's going to happen. You don't have to be a sleuth to see it coming.

Don’t care. Star Wars is dead.

the empire and the sith have never been the same thing. thats like saying the jedi are the republic

So, they're suddenly just teaming up together with no build up what so ever?

Make sense...

Jedi characters are described as Rebels.
They're making it into a cinematic rape threesome, between TFO, Rebels and Sith.

>no young and handsome Jedi main character
DROPPED

She is handsome tho

there are no 'jedi" in the new movies just a rebel with a light saber

Name one(1) thing Darth Vader did that was evil

He allowed lando to rule cloud city illegally

Too little too late.
They should have started with this multi-factioned setting back in VII.

>the First Order and the Imperial Remnant are separate factions or, at most, uneasy allies.

>The First Order are Dark Side acolytes and Palpatine loyalists who survived the destruction of the 2nd Death Star and the final stages of the Galactic Civil War. Snoke leads the First Order which is organized as a Dark Side cult venerating the Emperor and Darth Vader. Much of their goals focus on recovering lost Sith knowledge. Ben Solo was a promising student of Like Skywalker, but was turned by Snoke.

>The Imperial Remnant are made up of Admirals, Generals, Governors and Moffs who survived the war and reorganized under a military Junta. They are explicitly anti-Force user, light or dark side. They remember being under the yoke of Palpatine, Vader and their various Hands/Inquisitors and are determined to not be ruled in that way again. In addition to standard military units, they field specialized teams of highly trained and equipped, cybernetically enhanced commandos who can go toe-to-toe against members of the various Force-using sects that have sprung up after the dissolution of the Empire.

>throw in Hutts, Black Sun, Separatist Systems, Chiss Confederation, and a few other ransoms for additional non-aligned factions.

This business about Sith vs First Order is clearly meant to distinguish Kylo Ren from the *really* bad guys. So he can join Rey to fight ultimate evil.

*YAWN*

Sure, but then why list Vader and Sidious, Maul and sith TROOPERS as members of a completely separate faction out of nowhere suddenly invent a logo for sith 40 years into the franchise.
The troopers are throwing me off honestly. And the logo thing.
They're going to re-introduce Sith into the last movie, as a force with their own military (troopers) and visual identity, which is something that was not the case in previous movies.

He killed the emporer. That's high treason.

shut up nerd

sneed treason

JJ mentioned on multiple occasions that he loves KOTOR so treating Sith as a fully fledged side of the conflict is very likely for him to do.
>Too little too late.
Exactly. Obviously they're throwing everything they can at us to catch up with the expectations the audiences had, but the last movie of the main series is not exactly the best place to do that.

Who cares anymore star wars is dead they dont have any interesting characters left. At the end of the day thats all that matters. Star wars was never high on scifi tech they were just jerry springer in space.

>Vader the test came back you are the father
>im a furry and i want my best friends to know about it
>im a gay robot
>Leia the test came back you are the sister
>I spent 3 years frozen in carbonite and this is my story
>i talk to my dead grandpa

Without the characters star wars is NOTHING.

all the loser fanboys looking at all the star wars merch bought over a few decades and regretting not using that money to get laid

They're probably doing this, but:
>The First Order is the former empire, but taken over by some force wielding dude, Snoke.
>Palpatine went somewhere far away to build up his might and now comes back to fuck up the galaxy.
It's so obvious it's inevitable.

JJ is a happy merchant. He would say anything to sell you his shit

Not saying he isn't. But his infatuation with KOTOR really shows, starting with Kylo's design.

>JJ mentioned on multiple occasions that...

and you believed him?

sith? more like shite

Disappointment in cooking of duck meat.

>Sith are back
So much for all the Disney Wars fags trashing the old EU for bringing the Sith back and "ruining the prophecy and Anakin's sacrifice". Feels good yo.

>villain is darth vader's burned up suit with parts of vader's skeleton showing, it's not vader it's just the suit still functioning
>it no longer makes the iconic breathing sound and sneaks around like a horror movie monster
>when it encounters someone it makes pokemon gen 1 tier spooky glitch noises and tries to slash them with a lightsaber
>good guys are redeemed anakin's ghost advising the main jedi character and his/her sidekick
>perhaps there could be sinister dark side forces at play behind the scenes
pls r8

"Let the past die" my ass.

>They're going to re-introduce Sith into the last movie

Yes

We know the Knights of Ren come back "from beyond" with info on a new threat.

It'll be Sheev and his Sith Empire

FO and rebels team up to fight them; they win with and there's a peace treaty between the 2 and they make a new Republic together with Rey and Kylo being the key to bringing them together

The new “canon” is such a fucking joke, makes even the worst EU shit look great by comparison.

I think JJ is basically doing Dark Empire for the last episode

>FO and rebels team up to fight them; they win with and there's a peace treaty between the 2 and they make a new Republic together with Rey and Kylo being the key to bringing them together
Oh God, yes, this is happening.
What has Disney brought onto this world.

All this, but Kylo Ren gives up his force powers in some sort of sacrifice. Leaving Rey as the remaining powerful force user. She establishes the Sky Walkers, an order of good guy force users. They're like Jedi, but better, and without those studgy rules, plus they accept diversity kids.

It's good that Rey and her brother Kylo are teaming up. These movies are about FAMILY, and Rey and Kylo are FAMILY.

It's all they can do.

FO was logically too powerful and controls too much and you can't just bring in a new super duper fleet to fight them off. The best thing is to get Rey and Kylo to join forces against a bigger threat, i.e., Sith and Sheev, and once beaten, they all live happily ever after as Snoke and much of the "evil" first order leaders will be gone. FO troops and naval officers are basically just like the German WW2 army/navy, and this is what JJ would be thinking.

It can work and it doesn't need shitty time travel shit, just Sheev and his life essence still alive.

DABID!

At least they tried some big, expanse, out there stuff with the old EU. A big problem I have with all the new stuff is how safe and boring it all is. It's pretty much all just filler because they aren't allowed to actually do anything unless it's in a movie.

There are no Sith.

Darth Icky

This is probably better than whatever we're going to get from the movie.

Palpatine's extended family, all white men, comprimse the Sith. The Diversity Walkers will take on the Sith Whites in the upcoming movies

It's pretty obvious. It's an easy way of giving Kylo a redemption arc where he can die at the end.

Think he murdered that prisoner of war at the start of the movie? He broke his neck so I am pretty sure the dude died.
