>character is evil because... he's evil
Character is evil because... he's evil
All he did was turn back time and race mix. How is that evil?
He was evil because he was a bastard incel, much like the majority of Yea Forums(nel)
>character is sneedil because... he's sneedil
Reek smelled bad because... he smelled bad.
having no father figure will do that to you
Ah. We have a young scholar pondering the nature of evil, albeit superficially.
Tell me then, young man, how could you ascribe evil to a man who has reasons, drive or compulsion? If a force, whether external or internal compels him to do bad things, how can it be evil? If anything, isn't "evil" the metaphysical yonder of "bad"? For a deed to be metaphysical evil, must it not have been decided upon by free will alone? How can the rapist with a drive to rape be anything worse than a slave of his insatiable appetite? Is the evil man not the one who could easily omit the bad deed, but - without it bringing him satisfaction in any way - still decides in perpetrating it?
Also, it seems you badly try to rationalize such a metaphysical free spirit of radical evil with tautology.
>"Too many contemporary Fantasies take the easy way out by externalizing the struggle, so the heroic protagonists need only smite the evil minions of the dark power to win the day. And you can tell the evil minions, because they're inevitably ugly and they all wear black. I wanted to stand much of that on its head. In real life, the hardest aspect of the battle between good and evil is determining which is which."
>"Oh yeah Gregor Clegane the mountain that rapes lol"

Ramsay had sex.
being neglected and becoming envious/bitter is what makes most "bad guys" irl. That's why I have always liked antagonists more. A well-written baddie is much more interesting than a successful Chad.
