Wrong. In the UK there are several types of collection agents. Only one can force their way into your home and this is a high court bailiff and these are only sent out when you commit some kind of crime, the punishment is some kind of fee and you don't pay it.
Even then, they can only break into a home after every other option is tried and has failed. And even then, they must get written permission from a judge.

The only people getting their homes broken into by these bailiffs are people who've done shit like failed to pay taxes, been taken to court and been found guilty of failing to pay taxes then after all this have still refused to pay any taxes.

They said they started after some bailiff got shot, and they found they are mistaken for police initially so they kept them
