How does one watch these films? Where to even start
How does one watch these films? Where to even start
it’s not worth it
watch starship troopers this stuff's for 8 year olds
Well the new one are wierd and you have good special effect but below average story and character. The 1,2,3 was george lucas going full circle with cgi galore and meme tier story and character, its fun but a little bland. The old one from the 80s are pretty dated and his more like the quest a space opera more then action , they do everything good but not great.
Watch them in order of release date.
Including the Thrawn novels.
1-6.
Watch the three Star Wars movies, avoid the tacked-on garbage.
>There's 10 Star Wars movies (inc. Spin-offs)
>2 of them are actually good
Why does anyone like it? Fucking Spy Kids has a better good-to-bad movie ratio.
Fuck off retard.
ANH was great.
Empire was strongly great.
Return was good.
Rogue One was near strongly great.
Release order or GTFO
user, dont
Just watch these three. The rest are a dumpster fire.
THERE IS NOTHING FUCKING WRONG WITH R1 FAGGOT!
A cast of mumbling retards you can’t understand.
R1 gave me bad gas
Watch them by order of release date, dumb dumb zoomer fucktard.
This. They're kids movies, though.
>Not counting the Clone Wars animated film
>Not including The Holiday Special television film
>Not including the two Ewok films
There are 14 Star Wars films, fag.
IV, V, I, II, VI, VII, VIII
RO and Solo afterwards.
Watch the prequels then stop.
Shit, forgot III (after II)
>not including the cutscenes from Rebel Assault II
>actually recommending the reddit order
Star Wars (1977) and The Empire Strikes Back are the only good films in the series OP. If you really love those check out Return of the Jedi. Everything else is unadulterated trash.
This. Start with Episode 1 and stop at Episode 6.
>reddit order
Is that where the "machete order" came from? That dork left out The Phantom Menace because he's a gay retard, so being a redditor makes sense.
You start with caravan of courage. The you watch battle for endor. Then you watch the christmas special, and after that you go ahead and watch the last jedi. If you arent hooked by then, you arent worthy or being a true fan.
It wasn’t awful but it definitely had problems
there are a few ways to do it
Release order:
IV-V-VI-I-II-(Clone Wars)-III-R1
>traditional way to watch it
Chronological order
I-II-(Clone Wars)-III-R1-IV-V-VI
>the way it was intended to be watched
Machete/mirror order:
IV-V (Luke's story)
II-(Clone Wars)-III (Anakin's story)
VI (Luke and Anakin's stories end)
>shows how the two arcs mirror each other, Luke's story is the successful ascension and Anakin's is the failed downfall, then they conclude together
Clone Wars is the 3D animated series and I highly recommend seeing the good episodes of it (there are guides online) because it really adds to Anakin's character and makes III much better.
DisneyWars is hot garbage and I hate it partly for the wasted potential and also for disrespecting the other movies. Haven't seen Solo yet.
Watch the ITS LIKE POETRY order. You start at the middle and work your way outward. Later films are treated as supplemental material.
RO>ANH>Solo>ESB>AOTC>ROTS>ROTJ>TFW>TPM>TLJ
>Where to even start
As with anything, at the beginning.
The beginning is the 1977 movie and don't let any retard tell you otherwise.
>>the way it was intended to be watched
Get real m8. The prequels don't stand alone at all. They are 100% for an audience that has seen the SW trilogy. And The Clone Wars TV series did not come out before Revenge of the Sith, you git.
>Machete/mirror order:
But at least you posted this as a sort of disclaimer so that everybody knows to disregard your ramblings. Now nobody can take you seriously and that's a good thing.
This absolute madman. Yet that order makes every bit as much sense as anything that isn't production order, so why fucking not.
>the prequels are 100% for an audience that has seen the SW trilogy
The movies are numbered so therefore that's the order that Lucas intended them to be watched in. Clone Wars takes place between II and III. Watching them in the order they were released is not the same as watching them chronologically, that's just a fact. So your opinion is fine but if you don't understand how to count to six then I can't help you. I'm just stating one way of watching them.
