No
>Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman
This is the correct answer. Smallville was specifically a feel that represents the 1999-2005 post 9/11 era.
This and The TNBC on Saturdays 90'S KINOOOOOOOOOOOO
ER
WHY did they make the reboot grimdark trash instead of comfy sitcom kino like the original
The modern "woke" consumer is above sitcom trash.
The actual sitcom trash kino artist, Greg Garcia, has all but hung up his saddle. Guest Book is kino, but no one watches it. The normie champ, chuck lore, is literally hanging his hat on a woke version of mike and molly next season.
Sitcoms are unironically the best way to convey a story in 22 minutes. Zoomers ruined it.
Dharma and Greg ftw
X Files
It captures the naive moment in time. Aliens, conspiracies, monsters in the shadows waiting to be uncovered. An interesting omen before the western powers truly drop their mask of control after 9/11.
Everything about this picture is super comfy

My Mom used to watch that show religiously when I was growing up. She also used to watch this show with three Witches that was basically Sex and The City with Magic(tm).
Seinfeld and Friends are runners up. I remember a lot of Home Improvement and Seventh Heaven as well.
