Bruce is only in 2 scenes. It's definitely shoved in but it doesn't really interrupt the film either. His most key scene is Joker trying to make him laugh because Joker believes he's Thomas Wayne's son and shows up at his mansion, Alfred laughs at him for thinking that and Joker tries choking him but fails.
