I don't think either of those instances were latex or rubber. Cateoman was pvc and silent bob girls were in vinyl or wetlook spandex but it is hard to tell with the lighting. Matrix 1 had trinity in latex but went with pvc for 2 and 3 due to cost and pvc hiding her baby bump better. Watchmem had latex on silk spectre 2. Underworld 1 had kate in latex but later films moved to vinyl and stuff again for cost/ease of movement and being much more bearable for the actress to wear.
