A childhood you never had

Pandering garbage that Yea Forums only talks about because 2/3rds of this board is cunnyposters.

DUDE
DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS LAMO

DUDE
'MEMBER THE 80s? OF COURSE YOU DON'T, SO LET US SHOW YOU HOW RADICAL IT WAS.

A refreshing dose of pre-9/11 anti-cynicism

S1 is comfy and genuinely good. Will remind you of close childhood friends, if you had any. S2 is more or less a retread of the first, but still comfy and fun. It gave use Billyposting and magnified Steveposting. S3 is pretty shit, has the usual Kikeflix Quotas and is only made watchable by the Scoop Troop and one or two other characters. Also, it'll remind you of how you missed out on childhood and teenage love, so, y'know, might wanna prepare for that...

Honestly, I think it's a show that you had to watch as it began to air. S1 was a matter of "right place, right time". If you watch it now, it'll be just another 80s homage, a couple of years too late. You had to be there and watch it alongside everyone else and watch the IP get popular. Get hyped for S2, all that jazz. Otherwise, it's just another Kikeflix show.

A glib facsimile of the era that relies on period references to cover for its lack of authenticity.

S2 is shit.

Why do people act as if a show has to be good for me to watch it and for them to watch it?
It's watchable; that's all I need it to be.

Product placement.

S1 > S2 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Literal shit > S3

S3 more fun to watch than S2

that kind is unironically the mutt meme irl

Prrrr

If you can get over the shitty dialogue, shitty character development, shitty plot and only focus on the fireworks, sure. It can be more fun to watch.

Also. Pic.

Attached: s3inOnePicture.jpg (480x479, 32K)

It's your inherent contrarianism. S2 is comfy, even if it's a retread. S3 is bad, alongside being a retread.

Im but i forgot to add something

S3 is much more of a drag. Dialogues are endless and circular. The season could have been 4-5 episodes long if the cut the stupid dialogue.

What I love most about Coca Cola presents Stranger Things featuring ice cold refreshing Coca Cola brand New Coke is that I can enjoy it with my family while enjoying a King's ransom in flame broiled flavor packed into my delicious Burger King Flame Broiled Whopper and Whopper Jrs for the kiddos!

Eggos!

Thanks for the info
I want to post mutt memes but I was kind of interested with this show

>Also, it'll remind you of how you missed out on childhood and teenage love, so, y'know, might wanna prepare for that...
This isnt even a joke, I watched it last weekend and had to sit down and drink for two days straight i felt so suicidal thinking about how i missed out on young love

>Hey there! 'Member this popular movie of the day?

He cute

You can watch the first season, skip the ending cliffhange,r and enjoy the miniseries. But it's one of those "you had to be there" shows, otherwise it loses a big part of its appeal.
Yeah, S3 really did fuck me up. I hated various parts of it, and skipped most of the season since it was pure filler, but Will's "arc" (if you can call it that) of being left behind while everyone else is moving on, being reminded of how many things I've missed due to autism and just letting things go, being a coward, did a number on me. Hopper's letter at the end, too. So, much as I disliked the season, it did have an effect on me. It kinda put things into perspective.

GenX here, yeah you faggots missed out, hahah you dumb faggots!

el creatura

basically your pic, op.

what generation am i if i was born in 89 in Central Europe

It’s alright don’t get your hope up

>I fucking hate that kike show!!!
>I actually watched every episode and bawwww'd like a faggot

typical /pol/ low EQ retard

Gen z

S3 = S1 > S2

I said I skipped the filler. I maybe watched 2-3 hours out of an 8 hour season. And whether you hate something or not, doesn't mean it cannot affect you. But I wouldn't expect some tranny to comprehend the complexities of life.

You're generation cancer (c. 1980-1996).

youtu.be/F4wh_mc8hRE

Noah Schnapp is insanely handsome.

a good self contained 80s nostalgia for s1, s2 and 3 are just retreads

Best intro scene. It figured out how to be more 80s in season 3 than the first two. Also the redhead got me too'd in season two and had to kiss the nigger despite not wanting too but you can ignore that

based autist

Finn dickhard

cope

Didn't they make one of the kids gay?

I bet you smell bad

Correct rating.
What the fuck kind of braindead shilling has led people to unironically claim season 2 was anything but an unwatchable shitshow?

They were never anything but.

i bet you never had sex. guess what? have sex

Good first season
Weak second season
Shit third season.

Stop after the first season. You'll always have the best it had to offer, untainted by the pure shit that followed.

I just cant stick with it. I tried and it just doesnt hook me. Probably hooks gen X and reminds them of their childhood kinda like how boyhood does for the 90s-00s people.

I was born in 1997 and still loved the first season. Like I said, you just had to watch it back when it aired, when it was this "unknown" show that exploded. And the dynamic between the kids reminded me a whole lot of my summer days and friends; it's not really a purely 80s thing that cannot connect with other eras.

S2 is shit but the last couple episodes were pretty good. S3 is pretty good throughout except the parts with nancy and her faggot bf

how do you know whats filler until you;ve watched it tho

You didn't miss shit, my first love cheated on my as most young women a like to do and left me with years of trust issues with women.
Jokes on her though she's got 3 kids her man's in jail and from what I hear she's turning tricks to feed her family, i on the other hand am buying my first home in 3 months.

The kids are fucking insufferable. Fuck this stupid show

>on the other hand am buying my first home in 3 months

where you will live alone and shitpost into the night about a girl who shunned you years ago.

Le 80’s

i mean seems like a win lose situation aslong as you despise her

I'm married now you dumb cunt.

you're married yet you're still sore enough about a girl that dumped you decades ago to follow her life developments and to compare your life to hers? Is your wife that fucking ugly that you still can't get over it?

I love Lynch

Small town, we share friends from highschool, i imagine it's not unusual to remember your first relationship especially if it was a shitty one.

also my wife is hotter than any women you'll even hover hand you faggot, pic related.

Attached: veranda1.jpg (1536x2048, 1.84M)

shut up nigger

nice shoulder to waist ratio. how big is her dick?

Toastie roastie.

Woa boy that hair. Did you find her working in kfc or mcdonalds? Seems like all the oil is still in her hair.

How do I even wake up in the morning every day knowing I’ll never be Finn Wolfhard?

Season 1 is a must see. You can technically stop there if you want as the ending works as a standalone season.
If you want more you can go ahead and watch the next two seasons. They are good but not near season 1. I would almost call S1 lightning in a bottle.

it's wet, just got out of the shower.

Season one is kino, season two is more mystery and lore than suspense and violence with acting as a conduit for the mind flayer. Season three is all action and shock value little substance on lore with the upside down but has a stupid russian subplot with terrible comedy in the mix

The storyline of Dustin and Steve makes s3 worth watching

i cried at numerous times when watching this

She looks like she fucks niggers

Just stop after watching season 2. Nothing good happens after season 2.

*kills niggers

Me too. Even though I really didn't like this season, certain parts really hit home...

The same thing you're in for if you step outside your front door. Lots of ugly mutts.

He's cute when he smiles.

Oh man, Finn’s so pretty. At least one of the kids they cast turned out to be good looking.

>be Gaten Mattarazzo
>sees Stranger Things blows up in popularity
>oh man here’s my Hollywood baby
>sees Millie being the it girl, getting on Fallon and shit
>Finn is literally the it boy, doing movies and modelling
>still waiting for the agent’s phone call
>any time now...
>starts his own band, but is completely eclipsed by Finn’s band
>finally gets to produce his own new prank show for Netflix
>Yup, the wait is worth it, It’s finally my chance to shine!
>the internet received it so badly that he’s getting death threats
>asks how everything went so wrong on Yea Forums
>sees this post

Seething janny

Why are you lying?

My gf said that he looks like a jew rat.

You don’t have a gf, schizo

>he still thinks 4chins is his sikrit club
lol

Yea Forums always reminds me of that South Park episode where people can't tell the difference between photoshop and real life

Attached: gettyimages-1156170922_copy.jpg (768x433, 58K)

I’m sure he’s just enjoying the fame he has right now with the face he has

Why do people like this show so much? I watched s01 because everyone was saying how awesome it was but I'm kind of disappointed...
I mean it wasn't bad but it wasn't that amazing either. I only kept watching for winona and the chief.
Maybe I've just been spoiled too much with kino shows like cherbobyl, westworld, spartacus,... (I'm late at picking up shows I know)

S1 was one of those "you had to be there for it" shows. Then S2 & S3 came along, and they're far worse, but are still coasting off the success of S1.

It’s ironic how the ugliest one is the one with a stable relationship while Finn has never had a gf despite being the attractive one.

Attached: Gaten.jpg (300x300, 41K)

So you mean I had to watch when it just came out? Or do mean you have to be a 90s kid to get it cause I am. Sure I recognize a lot of stuff and some things are kind of nostalgic but that's hardly enough to make a good show.
Oh and what's up with the syntwave music/titles but absolutely no synthwave atmosphere anywhere else.

>despite being the attractive one
He looks like a 50+ yo jewish female

because everything else on netflix is shit so it looks good in comparison

The worst part is the revisionism. Like the kid having a the thing pister. No kid had the thing poster. People only started to like that movie in the 90s

But he's the cutest

Finn’s probably asexual, or someone who values friendship much more than girlfriends at the time
I mean him saying this song being his favorite song probably says as much
youtu.be/MKLVmBOOqVU

Why are you so persistently calling a child ugly? How many hours a day do you dedicate to searching his name on the archive then reply to every single one of those posts saying he’s ugly?
This is actually hilarious

Dios mio...

Attached: mutt race template.png (727x1038, 822K)

It's the definition of soulless. It has some cute parts and overall well made and put together, but it's hard to ignore that it's just cliche after cliche and 80s references, you already know what will happen because they're just repeating the same story and plot points with every season.

Attached: 1534544519729.jpg (422x422, 114K)

Or you know he could just go to Stranger Things threads. Given how plot discussion is now over they've devolved back to their main purpose of "squee! I want to plunder Flinns boypussy" or "why can't I rape Milly Bobby Brown?" Interspersed with periodic "Noah Schnapp is so handsome" and "el goblino" obviously.

>black green lantern

Subtle.

Finished the latest season just today.
It goddamn hurt me, man.

Attached: Hug Man.png (500x353, 200K)

>So you mean I had to watch when it just came out?
This one, yeah. Also, it's about the 80s, not the 90s.

>finn’s literally my soulmate but I’ll never be his friend

Attached: 64C0CCB9-B1FD-40C3-8AF5-FE82F6737A5D.jpg (217x230, 12K)

>I grew up in europoor so our 90s were basically America's 80s

inorite? what alternate universe is this set in

Stay mad

>John Stewart debuted in Green Lantern vol. 2 #87 (December 1971/January 1972) when artist Neal Adams came up with the idea of a substitute Green Lantern. The decision to make the character black resulted from a conversation between Adams and editor Julius Schwartz, in which Adams recounts saying that given the racial makeup of the world's population, "we ought to have a black Green Lantern, not because we’re liberals, but because it just makes sense."[1] The character was DC's first black superhero.[1]

>John Stewart has become a major recurring character in the Green Lantern mythos within the DC Universe. He became the primary character of Green Lantern vol. 2 from issues #182 through #200, when Hal Jordan relinquished his place in the Green Lantern Corps (1984–1986). He continued to star in the book when the title changed to The Green Lantern Corps from issue #201 to #224 (1986–1988). He would continue to make key appearances in Action Comics Weekly after The Green Lantern Corps' cancellation (1988). He starred in the comic Green Lantern: Mosaic, which DC spun out of Green Lantern vol. 3, with a four-part storyline titled "Mosaic" (issues #14–17). DC published 18 issues of the ongoing Green Lantern: Mosaic title between June 1992 and November 1993
