Rockstar have some of the worst ports Ive ever played. Each game in the GTA3 series requires more mods than the previous entry.

PA is high on the federal budget recipient list because it has so much highway in it. PA is the crossroad state. Everything coming East to New England passes through it and vice versa. Plus if you're passing through to the Great Lakes region your likely routed through PA. If PA didn't have to maintain so much road infrastructure it wouldn't be such a big recipient, PA doesn't really get much out of these roads either, the rust belt continues to expand. Outside of the Breezewood meme these small villages and towns don't get much traffic and are withering away.

Did even turn on the controller setting in the options? I use a wireless 360 controller on my PC and never had any issue switching between kb+m and controller for SA.

I agree with that, what I'm talking about is a top to bottom AI controlled environment for airplanes. Takeoff, Landing, Boarding and Takeoff/Landing being automated. Even just having pilots remotely dial in at the airport for takeoff before they send it off via autopilot to the destination where it would be caught by a local pilot and landed would be a MASSIVE cost reduction.

That'll never happen because of the morale/PR angle, though. People are so afraid of flying that they'll NEVER get on a plane if the pilots aren't also risking their lives up there with them. People just don't have that same fear about cars, and most people think of truckers as loonies/serial killers hopped up on drugs anyway, so it'd be possible to sell automatic trucks.
