I haven't seen FFH yet but I think he'd make a good Dr. Connors/Lizard. Make him this really goofy college professor that Peter has for one of his favorite biology classes, ends up doing an internship in Connors lab where his mutated DNA somehow contaminates the experiments which causes it to go wrong and turn him into the Lizard. This way its pretty much all Peter's fault the Lizard gets created and this funny awesome teacher gets taken from the world, gives him a really good reason to hate Peter/Spiderman

Dee is a less likable and more unfunny character than Charlie, maybe a better acted out character however.

Dee can actually be funny. It's because her character actually acts like a normal person, a complete asshole, but still a normal person.
Charlie acts like a retarded person doing and saying things no real person does. That's why his character falls flat. He's not believable at all so it just seems forced and unfunny.
The show is basically about 4 terrible people and their retarded friend.

Mac is great at acting and Dee is amazing too. The thing with Dee is she's acting as that character, so people miss it.
Charlie is painfully unfunny and can't act to save his life. Every scene with him is a struggle to get through
