The MCU will be as convoluted as the comic continuity in a few years, and will start pulling the same abysmal sales numbers when it happens. They shouldn't clone Tony, they shouldn't have even killed him - RDJ wants to stop making $50m, or you want to stop paying him? Cool, let the character sit on a shelf for five years, and recast him, instead of letting him sit on the shelf for the same amount of time, but putting yourself in a situation where you need to tell an extremely gay story just to resurrect him.
