Tyler aka Mumkey Jones always wanted to be a big youtuber. After one of his anime reviews hit the front page of reddit, he blew up and his dream came true. Not only that, but he was making friends with youtubers he was previously a fan of.
At some point, a kickstarter was made for a movie called Cool Cat Stops a School Shooter. Cool Cat is kind of infamous for being a dick who false copyright claimed youtubers for goofing on him. Mumkey said "if he offers me a spot on the movie, I'll fund it and throw my support behind it." Cool Cat accepted, Mumkey funded it, so did his fans, and then oops Cool Cat walked back on his promise like a cunt, no refunds. So Mumkey said hey, I'm going to get with my buddies and make a film called Mumkey Jones Stops a School Shooter. This is what he considers his greatest video, his greatest moment, and also the beginning of the end.
After Mumkey Stops a School Shooter, Mumkey got kicked off of Youtube for making Elliot Rogers videos. There's a rule against glorifying tragedies. Thing is, Mumkey mocked Elliot ruthlessly, and other channels weren't banned. It was a bullshit ban, and Keem tried to help him get his channel back, but Mumkey tried to ban evade and made a video calling the CEO of Youtube a cunt, so the bridge was burned. Still, Mumkey got tons of support from Patreon and seemed to be doing alright.
But behind the scenes, he wasn't alright. He started abusing "substances" and cheating on his longterm girlfriend (who, by all accounts, was the perfect girlfriend/wife, always supporting him emotionally and financially since she actually had a real job) with a diaper fur artist who fucks little boys. His video content also took a hit, as he shifted from making fun videos to shitty vlogs and podcasts.

At some point, he got found out on his cheating, and shit hit the fan hard. His girlfriend was willing to take him back, but he refused, and moved away, and then proposed to the diaper fur pedophile in order to lure her away from the 15 year old that was cucking him (protip: didn't work, she's still fucking him). He's pissed off all his fans and friends, and makes videos about how great it is to be on pills, like he's found nirvana when he's some fucking retard who is chasing after a pedophile diaper fur.
Why did he do this? Because he feels unworthy of his ex and because he feels like he has to be a "good person" by believing in the pedofur and "fixing" her. He's a young, dumb manchild and a faggot and a retard, and he thinks he needs to "pay penance" by doing completely fucking retarded shit. People usually grow out of this bullshit when they hit 18 but I guess Mumkey is an immature late bloomer. But if Mumkey doesn't suicide or try a mass shooting (VERY LIKELY) then he'll look back at this faggot shit as an actual adult (which will probably take him two decades to become) with absolute shame and disgust the same as everyone else is looking at it.

No. If you take a man's livelihood from him, strip him of his ability to not only make a living but also to feel worth, well that's going to cause most people to snap, especially when they're young and not accustomed to the idea that you kind of have to change jobs from time to time (because, for a lot of them like Etika and Mumkey, this has been their only real job). Youtube needs to realize it's more than just a site for its creators, who rely on it to put bread on their table, and that essentially banning people from eating is going to cause some tension.
