I am watching it. Season 2 became better at relating who is who across time periods but it´s still a mess because half of the cast is still called Jonas and Jonas is the son of Jonas but the grandsone of Jonas but depending on which time period Jonas is not called Jonas but there is another Jonas.
If you can follow it it´s a pretty cool show though.

But the wormhole only gets opened because the original main character goes back in the wormhole as a teenager and then becomes the broken adult version of himself that opens the wormhole. The wormhole simply cannot exist in this scenario, its impossible.

My problem with this show is that it drags unneccesary and obvious elements for no reason and then goes to drag a shot for even longer so nothing happens at all
It's not character building, it's not being artsy, it's just padding an episode and takes away from the better parts of the show
