So in essence, it will be Kraven and Silver Sable, and fuck Iron Man Jr,

They wont do Doc Ock as they'll never live up to Spider-man 2 and they know it - both from a practical effects standpoint and a memorable villain standpoint. Same reason they are afraid to do Green Goblin.

Most logical villain would be a character like Justin Hammer, Zeke Stane or Norman Osborn (Iron Patriot). These characters are effectively Tony Stark as a villain and each would allow Peter to prove himself better than Tony Stark.

Spider-man vs Norman (As Iron Patriot) would work well and could set-up the Dark Avengers.

As a surprise villain they can throw in Liz Toomes who would don a variant of her fathers suit to become the Vultress to get revenge on Peter for resulting in her fathers imprisonment.

Throw in Miles Morales as the ending cliffhanger and you have the makings of the same piece of trash that people praised for Homecoming and Far From Home.

Iron boy relies on his tech too much after Far From Home gives him access to everything Stark made, so Kraven separates him from him tech suit to demonstrate his true skill and teaches him to stop trying to be the next Tony Stark, and be the first Spider-Man. Although that would be a bit of a retread of the third act of Homecoming. I could see it working, but isn't Sony making a Kraven movie already separately from the MCU

It should be Mac Gargan, aka The Scorpion. They're heavily hinting he's going to be the threat for three. He appeared in Homecoming, already enthusiastic to kill Spidey. Now that Peter is outed, Mac can go after his family. Furthermore, with JJJ now established in the MCU Scorpion's origin is even more likely. For those who don't know, Jameson funded the Scorpion project. It's possible the same will happen in the MCU, only Gargan will be publicized as the "hero" created to take down the menace known as Spider-Man. Scorpion was also the original "Anti-Spider-Man" way back when he first debuted in ASM#20.

Marvel Studios also went on record saying they want to do smaller arcs post Endgame, so The Sinister Six might be coming to fight Peter sooner or later. The roster so far has
