How many of you incels really thought they were going to get together?
How many of you incels really thought they were going to get together?
they still could be...
Not me.
t. writer for Strange Things
Dilate you fat balding cunt.
Why wouldn't someone think that? They had good chemistry and both actors played their characters as if they were into each other right up until the reveal completely out of left field that she is a lesbian.
One of the weaker character moments in an otherwise pretty solid season. Though, even with that I still think Robin is a good addition to the cast.
i was doubtful until the episode where they're spying on the russians from the rooftop and almost get caught and robin and steve hold hands
How old are they supposed to be?
19-21. steve (and i assume robin since they were in the same class) graduated high school at the end of season 1. season 3 is 2 years after season 1
Season by itself was fun but shitty overall cause it is again a pathetic retread. They've done nothing interesting with the Mind Flayer beyond the flesh puppet he made, the Upside Down, the other telekinetic subjects, etc. They could have easily done something to make the scope FEEL bigger like introduce a new faction that is some secret society that has known about the Upside Down for generations and are pissed the gate was ever opened and REEE at anyone involved, including the main cast. Something a little extra for Christ's sake. S4 is going to be another 'the gate is open and he's back!! OH NO' shit, isn't it?
>no gloves
into the trash it goes
Steve is 19 and season three takes place a year and a half or so after season one.
>19-21
I don't watch this. Is he supposed to be back home from Uni for summer or is he a loser that stayed in the town?
I did after the interrogation room scene where she said she was obsesed with him in highschool
My complaint is that the thighs aren't exposed.
They honestly still should. They are great together. Steve can just dress up like a woman when they want to have sex.
Loser that stayed in town. There's a bit where a girl he's serving is wearing a sweatshirt of the uni she's gonna attend in autumn and he starts blabbing on about how he could have went there but stayed for life experience, etc. to hide the fact he couldn't get it.
he's (and robin) 21 assuming he was 18 when he graduated. he was a senior in S1 which was 1983. S2 is 1984 and S3 is 1985.
he never went to college. he didn't get into the school he wanted
>There's a bit where a girl he's serving is wearing a sweatshirt of the uni she's gonna attend in autumn and he starts blabbing on about how he could have went there but stayed for life experience, etc. to hide the fact he couldn't get it.
Something very similar happened to me when I was that age. I wish I got better grades.
I was considering taking a year off after graduating high school but luckily we had a good personal finance teacher who impressed upon us if we're going to college, to do so immediately and to graduate ASAP so you're making good money as soon as possible. I jumped right into college after graduating with summer courses and got my bachelor's and master's in 4 years. it was taxing but i'm glad i didn't dick around like my one friend who took 7 fucking years to get his bachelor's
85 is in summer and 83 was November, so a little under two years. I thought Robin was the same age of Steve or a bit younger? Not sure where they implied she's be old enough to be a legal drinker in burgerland.
and let me guess, that bitch Nancy and Jonathan did go to college?
I ended up going to a college where I was miserable, burnt out, and then resumed at a different and better on two years after I was suppose to start. Simply put, I really was not ready for uni. Late bloomer and all that crap. Good on you though and impressive achievements but taking a year out might be needed for some, especially if it avoids happening to them what happened to me.
She had the perfect chemistry with him so I'm guessing they will have to leave him single for the rest of the series now.
He can still rape her.
Yes. They're working at the local newspaper as a summer job before uni. Jonathan rages at Nancy at some point for getting them both fired cause Jonathan comes from poverty and needs the money for tuition and shit.
...or start a sex cult and brainwash her into joining.
If they don't end the show with Steve getting and improving their parents business or starting his own company from a trade he learned and becoming rich as fuck while Nancy and Jonathan become useless degree holder wagecucks I will be mad
Wasn't a degree pretty valuable in the 80's?
It was definitely a plus instead of being worthless like it is now
You had to work harder to earn one and there was far less competition for jobs so a degree would put you to the front of the queue
mine is that literally none of the costume is tite enough
>literally played up to be a thing, including long stares, hand-holding, etc
>has to actually be hit with truth serum drugs to reveal shes a lesbian
>WHO COULD HAVE THOUGHT?!
Everyone, because that was the point of the writing. Pretend like you knew, it's okay. We know you did, user! You're so smart.
