Would be cool if there was a movie about actual insanity though where the main character wasn't made to look cool or "interesting/mysterious", they were just fucking batshit. Like taking meth and sawing off your own arm, or running around pulling apart trashbags and rolling around in them because the trash smell will keep the governments agents from tracking you down, finding a half run over raccoon on the side of the road and smashing it's head in while laughing and crying at the same time then popping an eyeball in your mouth and sucking on it like a jawbreaker. Shit like that.
Bad Boy Bubby is kind of like this actually, now that I think about it. A kid with a shit mom gave him developmental stagnation and he can't deal with the real world. Satisfying ending though.
