Robin talks as if everyone knew him and whatnot, and he did have the nickname King Steve, so S1 Steve is a Chad. S2 Steve is a Fallen Chad, in that his groupies are gone, Billy has upstaged himand he doesn't have a gf. S3 Steve is a straight up loser who couldn't get to Uni, works a shitty job and girls won't even talk to him. He's just WillPilled and keeps on going despite it all.
