liberal capitalists are not "left," hillary would be considered a right wing demagogue in any other country

Couldn't even be bothered to correctly type out:
>Movies for this feel
Or
>Films where the good guy lives long enough to become the bad guy
Poor effort
Levi Hernandez
this is true if you interpret "any other country" to mean "most other first-world countries"
William Foster
regardless of what politics they believe in
WHITE PEOPLE ARE FUCKED UP. that's a fact.
Justin Brown
Because as we all know, every country has a hard limit to the number of jobs. It sure isn't like new people have new demand, and need more jobs. And America is ever so overcrowded. Think of all those Rustbelt cities that have lost hundreds of thousand of citizens, or the vast empty 'heartland'. They would be destroyed by some more people. And I'm sure you're being underpaid because of those dirty foreigners, and not because the labor movement in America has been systematically destroyed by big business and the GOP.
Ayden Morris
Mass immigration is a part of the weapon used to destroy labor, so what's your point?
Justin Jenkins
Yeah every place should look like downtown LA. That's the way us workers can rise up!
Also do you not understand the exact mechanism by which wages are suppressed? Retard.
Landon Cooper
America had mass immigration for more often then not. It really isn't that hard a issue to solve. Have a path to citizenship, enforce on every single business a E-Verify and have strict laws enforcing wages and cracking down on attempts to stop unionisation.
Wages are low in crap states without much immigration, because they have shit like Right to work laws and other crap passed by Republican legislatures. Meanwhile wages are much higher elsewhere, packed with people. Immigration isn't the issue. But it is the thing waved in your face, to get you to vote to get fleeced.
Lucas Reyes
>workers of the world unite
You can't even say that without Hannity or Carlson calling you a communist freak later that day. What did boomers expect?
Anthony Parker
Free movement of labor is an essential tenant of capitalism.
Kayden Lee
Your first paragraph is considered racist by the Democrat party. Try again.
Also I won't tolerate the brainlet shit you posted after that. Are you seriously arguing that more workers do not suppress wages? Find a single source to back that shit up...
Andrew James
actually it's oversaturated by normal americans working two jobs just to make ends meet
fix your labour laws
Ethan Baker
>slavery drives up wages
very based argument user
Liam Torres
Doesn't matter, he looks like a nu-male
Landon Barnes
Wages are higher in places that have exorbitantly higher costs of living
Levi Torres
We can't when mass immigration depreciates the value of workers.
>immigration may directly affect the value of workers
>but what about other thing
Well fucking checkmate, amirite?
Austin Stewart
>mass immigration depreciates the value of workers
Immigration laws are written by capitalist interests. It's supply and demand, idiot.
Eli Nelson
Wages are low in states without a high population for myriad reasons that have nothing to do with immigration. Go to fucking college or something. There is more than one variable influencing the economy. Obviously.
Julian Sanders
short-term capitalist interests
the same guys who'll dump their waste straight into your living room because they don't care that you're dead tomorrow as long as you buy their product today
these are not the guys whose priorities you structure your society around
Landon Sanchez
>mass immigration depreciates the value of workers
How could that be when Trump has illegal workers at his resort?
Jacob King
What the fuck is your point? Like really, I basically said that exact thing so I'm not getting how that's a 'gotcha' moment
Daniel Ward
A pathway to citizenship is on every single Democrat policy page.
More people create more demand, which create more jobs. Are you going to argue that there is a hard limit for jobs? Because that is fucking stupid. Supply and demand is only a part aspect of wages. Wages haven't suddenly gone up in cities losing population, in the Rustbelt. But have been in fast growing Sunbelt.
Benjamin Watson
Most hard left winger are also in favour of mass third world immigration. They're no different than neo liberal
Grayson Green
You're missing the point. No one gives a shit about maximizing the GDP because we're not fucking sycophants like you, a hyper capitalist masquerading as a leftist.
Ryder Diaz
>short-term capitalist interests
All capitalist interests are short term.
That poster said you need to fix your labor laws. You said that's not the problem and the problem is mass immigration. I informed you that immigration laws are written by capitalist interests to increase labor supply and depress wages. That poster is entirely correct. How dumb are you?
Kayden Hill
Then explain the Rwandan Genocide you stupid mutt
Logan Ross
old left:
>Abolition of the family! Even the most radical flare up at this infamous proposal of the Communists
>You must, therefore, confess that by “individual” you mean no other person than the bourgeois, than the middle-class owner of property. This person must, indeed, be swept out of the way, and made impossible.
>There are, besides, eternal truths, such as Freedom, Justice, etc., that are common to all states of society. But Communism abolishes eternal truths, it abolishes all religion, and all morality, instead of constituting them on a new basis; it therefore acts in contradiction to all past historical experience.’
new left:
the same, but with homosexuals
Juan Peterson
But what's your fucking point. I really am not getting it.
Benjamin Lee
William Foster
im from another country and I consider hillary to be right winged
Im also scared because american liberal thoughts are expanding, I remember when the left hated Islam, or wanted to help the working class, instead of being stupid and all about love and acceptance.
I miss the old left, but it will only come back if something really serious and bad happens to the world
Anthony Butler
What happens when more and more jobs get automated, but we're still bringing in swarms of people into this country? My mother lost her job to automation. It's happening. It's only going to get worse.
Luke Perry
I like him better when he's posting Hispanic supremacist and Conquistador Mindset stuff.
Evan Rodriguez
Where did I saw I was a leftist? Well unless not being a Republican, automatically makes you a leftist. Which means everybody who has a basic understanding of economics, trade, science or anything is a leftist.
Bentley Phillips
That your labor laws are fucked, stupid faggot.
Hunter Jones
I don't care what you are. Compromising the country by filling it with the third world just to squeeze more money out of the ponzi scheme that is the welfare state and crippling workers value is bullshit no matter what wing of the uniparty you claim to support online. Fuck off
Parker Martinez
>Compromising the country by filling it with the third world just to squeeze more money out of the ponzi scheme that is the welfare state and crippling workers value is bullshit
You are sounding like a communist.
Aaron Lee
I consider myself a leftist in theory but the modern left is so retarded I can't help but want them away from power.
Sebastian Richardson
Jobs are always being created. 99% of the population used to work as farmers, or adjacent industries. Now less then 1-3% of the population work in agriculture. Are 97% of the population unemployed? Nope.
The point is to get the country ready for the next wave. I'm sure the heartland is going to enjoy having trucks be automated, and the entire networks of warehouses, depots, truck stops, diners and highway stop towns can enjoy nothing at all done by Trump. Whereas Clinton had plans for the current wave of job dislocations, with retraining, safety nets and investment. While Trump promised a magic job fairy that would reverse market forces.
Isaiah Bailey
And that is supposed to make me forget mass immigration is part of the problem and a direct corollary to the creation of said laws?
Josiah Cooper
Communists demand open borders for America, but not China or Vietnam.
Samuel Lopez
>if i throw enough labels at you that only I care about, I win!
Umm no sweaty, take your brainlet talk elsewhere
Tyler Miller
Welcome to the limitations of capitalism
Christopher Murphy
I want /pol/ to leave.
Evan Brooks
You're talking in the abstract and not dealing with the real implications of low education masses being here now. So basically, dishonest nonsense. And you're still focused on hypercapitalist maximization of GDP. No one. Cares.
Gabriel Martin
>Whereas Clinton had plans for the current wave of job dislocations, with retraining, safety nets and investment
"Retraining schemes" are a total meme, no one is going to hire a 50 year old ex-trucker that went to a few coding boot camps when they can get a 22 year old Calcutta Tech grad fresh off the boat.
David Harris
Yes because the welfare system threat is totally new people paying taxes to sustain it, and not a ageing population with the worst worker to non worker ratio ever seen. Japan is doing what you would want, and their population is rapidly dropping and they are cutting their budget to the bone. And they barely have a military, instead of playing world police man.
Give it up. We know you are just a racist scared of the black guy fucking YOUR women. Because you totally have a claim to them because you share a similar level of skin pigmentation.
Jordan Roberts
No it is to remind you that mass immigration is the symptom, not the problem.
Liam Roberts
rent free
Henry Myers
American capitalist aristocrats demand open borders in the interest of facilitating the movement of labor, reducing their costs and maximizing their profits.
Kill yourself ASAP.
Matthew Butler
Your entire post went on a tirade about Hillary and Trump, when I never once brought them up. How is it logical to continuously bring in more people, when a quarter of all jobs in the country are at risk of being automated?
cnbc.com
Are we all supposed to learn to code? I don't think my 55 year old mother would particularly succeed in that venture.
