Its a shame they killed the Obi Wan spin off movie. I thought a Star Wars version of the Dirty Dozen where Obi Wan and a bunch of surviving Jedi and random rebels try to assassinate Sheev, get found out and end up getting their asses slaughtered by Darth (except for Obi Wan obviously). I really love what they did with season three, twinning john and splitting up the crew. You can resolve the tension with him and aeryn, and since one of them is superfluous you can have some actual tension because you know one of them is going to bite it.

I watched this show from the debut all the way through the nut kick that was the finale. PK war didn't come for a while after that.
But I spent an embarrassing amount of time on farscape fansites before the miniseries came out. I even spammed e-mails in the save farscape campaign, but that was always the rumor I heard.
Peacekeeper war pretty much condenses the season, and if they just pasted the scarrans in for the nebari because no time to introduce a whole new race it still makes sense for them to show up in a ship that can glass a planet and smoke a command carrier or a dreadnought.
Maybe its bullshit, but I believe it.

Just power through the first season. It's all really good stuff that establishes the characters and them growing from complete strangers who don't trust eachother stuck together by circumstance to a gang of badasses who've become legends in the galaxy.
Once scorpious shows up its the final element that takes it from an quaint villain of the week with a continuity into some of the best space opera of any medium.

I didn't like it. Seemed tryhard without really delivering. They had good actors and some clever ideas, but somehow it didn't coalesce into something consistently compelling. Also didn't care much for the show's humour (which it leaned heavily upon).
