Possibly controversial opinion, but season 8 is actually pretty good - the cast have matured, there's much less in the way of flanderised hijinks than there was in the preceding seasons and it looks and is shot better to boot

3, 4, 6, 7 are the worst seasons. With varying degrees of quality. Season 8 really brought back some quality though and it ends on a high note. Season 8 episode “my last words” is scrubs kino.
