It was alright but I can’t help but shake the feeling that this movie was made for artists on twitter to circlejerk over for decades. Having a black lead wasn’t that bad but it did seem a little suspicious that the blonde haired blue eyed Spider-Man who was loved by everyone and had a qt wife gets replaced by a hip black teen who’s trying to find out where all the white women at. Was it subtle propaganda? Probably, but at least it was moderately enjoyable subtle propaganda.

My biggest problem with the movie was that Miles was literally responsible for his Peter dying by fucking his shit up by forcing him to save his ass in the middle of a huge fight creating the entire problem in the first place.
