OP has a healthy list, the only thing I would tweak would be Christopher Reeves first superman in kino tier. It was a very important and extremely.influential film for its era and for the genre overall.
Batman returns belongs in high tier. It terrified kids and made latex fetish mainstream, and it was the best of the 80s/90s batman movies. Also X2 for average tier as it was better than spiderman 3 and half the MCU.
An argument could be made for iron man 1, pre Disney, in high tier as it still stands out above all other MCU origin/solo films. The MCU would not exist without it.
