The objective answer is aqua teen. It was hit or miss in the later seasons but the first 6 are comedy gold.

SGC2C is the best show. Sealab, ATHF, Harvey Birdman, and every other early in-house production was an attempt to capture the essence of SGC2C, which is exactly why all of these shows are excellent. You can make an argument that the best of ATHF was better, but it had low points far worse than the worst Ghost episodes.
