I don't care about "supporting" them, I want a physical copy which piracy cannot provide. There are lot of other people that feel the same way. They used brainwashing tactics to push the current digital model so of course there are fewer people willing to pay for physical than there otherwise would be, if they didn't brainwash to push digital and pushed physical as hard or harder than they pushed digital then there would be a lot more people wanting physical copies even with piracy as an option.
Netflix doesn't make profit and I doubt they ever will, they have to continue spending money on "new content" and they don't see any direct profit from it like from selling physical copies or ticket sales.
