Terminator and Dredd. Terminator would just shoot vaders respirator and kill him instantly. Terminator would also be able to see and kill the predator in stealth. Dredd is basically batman but he's willing to kill. Wolverine and Marv are just gonna be puddles of gore on the floor after they're riddled with bullets. Hellboy seems like he mostly fights shit that doesn't use ranged weapons.

Predator on my side, I put him on offense to hunt the hunters. For defense, tough choice between Batman and Vader. Vader is more outright powerful, but Batman is a world class genius with nearly unlimited ability to deploy traps and countermeasures. I would pick Vader if he came with full Imperial support, otherwise Batman.

For opponents, I would pick RoboCop. He could be easily stopped by Batman, who no doubt has already developed a dozen plans for shutting him down prior. Second opponent would be Marv. He is tough for sure but I don't think he is a match for the Predator, and definitely not Batman if he manages to get past him.

The blaster shots in star wars are pretty slow, so I seriously doubt it.

I feel like Vader is getting massively overrated if you're going by the movies, he has limited telekinesis and a very good short range weapon. The durability of his suit is questionable and he is in poor physical condition. The jedi knights can only handle about 10 to 20 generic soldiers from their universe at a time and they're incredibly weak soldiers. They're very good for infiltration, espionage and special forces type activities but nothing special if you just want carnage.

Star wars blaster weapons are ludicrously overpowered though. Star Destroyer turret turbolasers for example are like 250TW or some fucking nonsense. Like insanely over-juiced. A bullet is nothing.

If we take the expanded material into consideration Vader is a fucking beast. Killed an entire herd of those giant insectoids from Ep. 2 by himself, using mostly force powers. Killed a whole army by himself in much the same way, and that's without getting into the non-canon stuff.
That being said, there are certain sttong materials that are lighsaber proof. Wolverine's skeleton is one of those for sure, and maybe even the Predator's spear.
