It's not you being at risk of infection, everyone else is vaccinated around you. The potential risk lies in you being a carrier and letting the viruses mutate and become stronger because you aren't vaccinated, creating a new strain that can resist the vaccines everyone else has keeping them safe.

A fair number of diseases they vaccinate for can have asymptomatic carriers. The notion that "almost everyone needs this or they'll be anarchy in the streets because of all the sick and dead!" is pure fucking bullshit simply because there is a not insignificant portion of the population walking around potentially spreading the disease without having any clue they're doing so. It's pure fear mongering to protect big pharma's bottom line.
