On rewatch, there's a definite drop after the new caprica episodes in season 3 (it's fairly obvious that they spent their budget on those episodes). I still enjoy it because I love the show. Season 4 was dope, I have no problem with the deus ex machina, the episode where Boomer convinces the Chief to let her escape (the dream montage with the room empty of children) almost made me cry
