They ban you out of spite because getting reports annoys them and forces them to do their job.
What you actually posted doesn't matter at all.
If enough people report your post you get banned, regardles of what's in it.

Most places hire based on experience, and who on Yea Forums is gonna have the neccesary experience to moderate the boards effectively? So I wouldn't be surprised that most moderators come from places like reddit that are a haven for sjws, and since those places tend to be somewhat similar to Yea Forums in variety of content and how the community operates, those are the people taking over here.
