Give it time. I'm a world employee and this was actually expedited based on what the people I talked to from Land said.

Everyone avoids the park because they think it's going to be ridiculously packed, so it ends up almost empty. Within a month or two everybody will have realize their mistake and be flooding in. Consider this the calm before the storm.

Went to Hollywood and Animal Kingdom a few weeks ago. Animal was kinda fun, but Hollywood was terrible. A gift store every 5 feet, and I thought there'd be more shit like the tiny museum. Wish I saw Epcot.

Probably the future desu. Already a GoG rollercoaster being put in plus the Ratatouille ride in Paris. On a more positive note though there's some new space-themed cafe going in where I believe there will be no windows but rather those wallpaper tv's that project outer space

Hollywood is kind of fucking awful right now. Really the whole park is being held up by Tower of Terror, rock and roller coaster, and Slinky dog dash.

I'm hoping to Christ it's just an animatronic update and putting new audio in the bride's narration. Disney doesn't usually fuck up legacy rides that are never going to be removed, like Spaceship Earth.

That isn't how the industry works. Making a new ride requires way too much time and money to suddenly say "oh we better change this". It's not like movies where they can cancel movie plans for something else on the fly

I hate to be that guy, but as much as I loved The Great Movie Ride it was hardly a legacy attraction. In fact it was still considered fairly new especially compared to the REAL legacy attractions lake Haunted Mansion, Spaceship Earth etc

100% correct for the time being. Unfortunately, EPCOT is on a downward slope. Maelstrom, Energy Pavilion, Innoventions, and Reflections are all gone, being replaced with shitty IPs. Animal Kingdom, on the other hand, has been getting consistently better over the years.

Side note, if Disney doesn't relocate the drink stations from Club Cool, I'll be pissed.

Agreed, probably the best all-around ride in all of WDW. Best theme/flavor, good humor, good execution and actually a good fast and thrilling ride.

Aw Maelstrom is gone? I remember wanting to go on it back in the day because of the name. The Maelstrom is a unique wand in Diablo II. Turns out it was a pretty fun ride.

Animal Kingdom was SO much better than I thought it be.
Only bad part was at The Lino King musical show,some guy(?) that was part of the show walked in the audience and tried to get me to sing and dance.
