Let's talk about this movie

You start

Yeah it good eh

nah

>drerg ergrerg crengrerg
awful title

I do agree that the film's title is far from great. Still a 9/10 film.

I really enjoyed the bad guys

Weak ass bait : the movie

Everyone's a bad guy tho

We always talk about hollyjew pandering to the left. This movie was just far right authoritarian pandering.

kino soundtrack

Touché. I should’ve been more specific. I liked the masked guys with goggles.

Yeah I knew what you meant, and you're right, they're great. But and Mel and Vince are great too.

No it wasn't. It just showed racist people. It didn't condone their behaviour. The film had black people in it too you know. And the two main black guys are probably two of the less evil characters in the film

I wish Don Johnson has more screen time.
>Mel and Vince are great too
I find Mel to almost always be good and imo Vince seems to be getting better with age. He’s signed on to do a few more S Craig movies so I’m excited.

Mel almost had tears in his eyes the whole film. I thought that was impressive.

Hug Chickpenny, Zahler's preferred next movie, sounds quite unlike anything he's done before.

I'm not so excited for it to be honest. Sounds something intentionally weird and incoherent like Upstream Color or Synechdoche New York.

Hopefully I'm pleasantly surprised though.

>Mel "I hope you get raped by a pack of niggers" Gibson
>hollyjew
I don't think so

Mel can act his ass off
I’m going to come off as a dick rider but I’ve enjoyed all of his stuff so far and I’m reserving judgement until I see it. I just read about it and seems interesting. On paper some people might have written off Bone Tomahawk and I really liked that. Though the concept was cool to me so that helped.

>Zahler
is that director Jewish?

I think it's less far right authoritarian and more just incredibly pro masculinity and old fashioned ideas on honor and a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do.

Gibson's character has sympathetic aspects but like Kittles' character said, if he wasn't such a fucking dumbass he would have gotten out of the situation instead of dying due to his own greed. Kittles is explicitly something that is toxic to what you would call far right authoritarian ideas, but out of the main cast he has the strongest code and sense of honor.

The rants about racism and how doing a good job doesn't matter as much as being politically correct might have an inkling of support behind it, but it also comes off like him taking the piss of that idea by showing how much of a flawed individual it takes to think that way.

It’s not pandering though, it’s an insight into their world which is shown to be flawed as well

Pure kino

Lol ur right. #Maga

>Nigga
>Likewise

I fucking loved that line.

The entire warehouse sequence was 10/10.

Yes and thats what we like about it. Now fuck off and go suck your wifes bbc while watching get out.

The best part was the stuff with the woman who hated her job. Zahler should go down in history books for that shit. Theres nothing that reactionary or interesting coming out of hollywood. Im glad cinestate has doubled down on edginess and hired sonny bunch to run their website

Even if that were the case; so called 'conservative' movies would be such a minority in Hollywood they deserve all the support they can get.

Holy fuck this movie sucked and if TV thinks it’s good then your opinions hold no weight

Nigga

Zahler tries too hard with his dialogue and it comes off as cheap and reminiscent of direct to video versions of a Tarantula flick. Drop the $2 words and all of the purple prose.

>Zahler should go down in history books
Who talks like this, what history books will cover this?

>dragged across concrete
>persons, white or of colour, haled over said surface: 0
>expectations: subverted

What was the word Vince kept saying?

sneed

Anchovies. It's unique AND a character trait. Now the characters have depth.
