They just seem like retro villains. You know, 80's throwback stuff.

It's fine for a goofy show on netflix but it sounds silly when cnn does it.

>npc joke
>in a fucking twitter meme
Fucking Summer

Slavs are subhuman

OP is a faggot

>RUSSIA GOOD
>AMERICA GOOD
Fuck Terrans smfh

>series is inspired by the 80s
>the commies are the enemy
Why are you surprised?

The whole point of stranger things is 80s nostalgia, russians being the bad guys is a classic
So if anything, you sound like an npc with this post, i doubt you would've have cared if this was made pre-trump

>Trump supporter is actually an npc

Red Dawn

Russia is bad, fuck putin and fuck cykablyats ruining my games.

Am I a boomer? I still don't understand this format

Yes.

They feel so shoehorned in. Are they even connected to the Mind Flayer that wants to kill El? I have no fucking idea but the idea that Soviets managed to infiltrate a small town at the height of the cold war in the early 80s is stupid beyond belief.

haha

It was horrible. The fact there was a secret Russian base under the mall was stupid enough, but there were basically unrelated to the other plot. They just accidentally conspired with the main antagonist. That's some shit writing.

Yeah the Russian shit made no sense. You have a town that the US government knows has exposed a portal to another dimension and then a few years later Russians somehow build a underground base in the same town under a mall? And just shutting the portal kills the Mind Flayer?

The base. Oh my God that fucking base. It's not dumb enough that the Soviet military managed to sneak into the country undected. No, they then somehow managed to build a fucking base that puts most James Bond villains to shame, near the site of a former US government facility. How the FUCK did that damn base get built unnoticed by anyone? Bribing the mayor sure as fuck isn't going to hide that massive construction project from anyone.

It's just 80s nostalgia bait, when the Russians still existed

and no one asked for your twitter format shit here

unironically this

russia was a common bad guy enemy in the 80s and 90s. hence rocky 4.

>nobody
But that's wrong

>1980s america
>NOT thinking russia bad
fuck off commie.

well i mean the russian government is pretty worse when it comes to corruption than the states.
