Leaving Las Vegas (1995). Hadn't seen it in years and frankly I don't think it held up well. The Nicolas cage character is totally unlikable and its impossible to believe some woman would stick by him. It has the same flaw as many alcoholism movies like Lost Weekend , Days of Wine and Roses , Barfly etc , Women being loyal which doesn't happen in the real world. But I guess a movie about a guy drinking alone would be too boring.
