I think the point isn't hugboxy bullshit positivity, I think the point is that there's generally a reason for a lot of things. Some things can be incompetence, sure, but there's bound to be flaws here and there because shit happens and you only catch it when it's too late. So bitching about small things might not be entirely valid because they have reasons behind them that you likely don't know about. I guess you can still bitch, but it's entirely possible you're unknowingly bitching about nothing.
