Dustin got a girlfriend. It was also painfully obvious that everyone would continually deny she was real until she inevitably showed up somewhere towards the end. The payoff was far better than expected; it was basically the Snow Ball moment of this season.

if you think about it nothing has meaning

She's a Mormon science nerd who thinks kissing without teeth is better. This combo of qualities is less believable to me than anything else in the show.

And then you think about the functionality of "meaning" and realize you got yourself confused.

She's an integral part of this season's two major gags, that is Dustin's gf turning out to be real and the Neverending Story performance.

first to reveal the girl he's crushing on is a dyke
and then giving the amerimutt boy a girlfriend

I thought it would turn out to be that she was actually fake and that dustin was going to be romantically paired up with the baby negress, but that I realized the baby negress is like 9 and dustin is like 16.
