I don't really blame Willy's actions, it was indeed Russian aggressiveness that escalated the war, and from a monarch's point of view Germany had to assert its power or face being diplomatically isolated. Really the whole war was caused by a perfect mix between Willy's big ego, Austrian retardation, Anglos being themselves, Russian expansionism, French cuckness, and of course Jews.
I really wish Germany had turned a Constitutional Monarchy, with Hapsburgs overseeing a state of Austria, and with Alsace-Lorraine and everything.
